In this video you mention about Ajna and heart chakra so please clarify... Ajna(the third eye chakra which is between our eyebrows) or Anahata (the heart chakra which is in the region of our chest/breast)
With respect to your body language and your physical representation the chakra you are mentioning is the Anahata.
Am able to pinpoint the above because I know about chakras and stuff ...
This can become dangerous for people without such knowledge...
So for the sake of others please do clarify this with either a seperate video or redo the video...

And different sects of Shaivism, Shaktism, Smartism, Kaumaram, Ganapathyam, Vaisnavism, Sauram, including Vedanta, Sāmkhya, Yoga, Vaishesika, Nyana and Mīmāmsā. Etc.
I'm not that dumb to know about Hinduism from sashtras and history. I know my sources and you should know that.
Buddhism is more of a philosophy - focused on self realization and liberation - Nirvana. Buddhism being a political movement started by Ambedkar and his ideologists.
Buddhism indeed rejected Vedas and Brahmanical theology, and of course at the beginning it was a response to oppose the corrupted Vedic tradition.
Yet you would be surprised to know the amount of Hinduism present in Buddhism itself.
No need explanations, just look for Surangama Mantra, Nilakanda Dharani, and Karandavyuha Sutra, the presence of Hindu Gods as protector deities in Chinese Buddhism, Indra, being acknowledged and also venerated by Buddhists, Brahma as a deity of luck and prosperity in Thailand and more that i could list down.
