Just finished this, love it. Reminds me of your old cardio tabata workout. I love your cardio workouts that are standing and start with a modified move, working up to a high intensity move, thank you😁
My 4-year-old daughter did all of the lower level exercises with me throughout this work out!! Thank you for helping me foster a positive lifestyle for my kids, where exercise is fun and fitness is obtainable! Afterwards she showed me some of HER exercises-might have a future trainer on my hands!

This was just what I needed today. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and feeling tired today. I was debating between a nap and some exercise. Then this was was in my notifications. Perfect. So proud of myself, I managed most of the shred levels. I think the build it up style really helped me to push. Thank you!

I challenged myself, though kept low impact, but sometimes reaching both arms high instead of one or only up part way. Because I had previewed, I was ready with a chair on the last mountain climber, since I don't put bodyweight on hands, but did one a chair back running knees toward my chest. A strong and successful workout, but "shred"? Are we tearing our muscles? I Googled, but got a bunch of diet and bulking up info. ???
First time doing a workout by Bodyfit by Amy and I must say, I love them. Totally drenched in sweat but I love the format, the length, the enthusiasm, everything! I will be subscribing and will be doing more of her workouts!!
Loved it! Loved this format too. 90 seconds of non-stop work 🥵💦 but still doable with little modifications 🤩 the small pep talks during the workout 👌🏻Yes, the lungs and heart worked very hard and they always do in all of your workouts 🥵 you asked us if this format is better than the longer intervals like 45 secs of work and 15 secs of rest... but truly speaking, whatever format you design, it's always going to be awesome 🤩 💛
Loved the format! I loved that it was an overall short workout, but intense so I could push myself knowing it would be over soon! Sweating buckets! Love no repeat and standing!

Pouring sweat as I write this! I had soo much fun. I woke up thinking I would need to modify but surprised myself when I didn't. My heart rate recovery time has definitely improved alot! Thank You for a great cardio workout. My legs got a good burn too on those curtsy lunges!

Loved this workout! Did it at 15 weeks postpartum, and I stuck to the first or second part of each exercise, keeping it fairly low-impact (due to pelvic organ prolapse, which I'm seeing a PT about this Friday!). I have felt quite demoralized lately with my recovery, so this was a heart-pumping boost to my mood. Felt good to do something not specifically labeled "postpartum." Thanks, Amy!

Perfect! I came home at lunch to run on the treadmill. My husband took it down to prevent me from injuring myself as I am 4 weeks post bilateral mastectomy! I'm just getting back this week to working out 4-5 days a week. I feel so out of shape and heavy! A couple weeks of working out and I'll be good! :)

LOVE this one! Funny is I was looking at another cardio one that is 30 min and was thinking how I wanted something shorter.. and so I got with one that's 5 min shorter. lol. So glad I did though! I'm 11 weeks pregnant so can still do all of the level up moves and love being able to crank it out! Love your videos!
