Airbnb banned me for live as superhost with more than 100 positive reviews in 2.5 years. I just complained in a phone call with the customer support about a guest that broke the law and house rules and they banned me then for life as host and guest. This company is pure unjustice and I hope more people get to know about this. They spend millions also on preventing the truth coming out. For example 7 million to a raped woman so she doesnt mention that she used Airbnb when it happened. This company is the pure evil and fake. And the refugees, crisis whatever stuff is just to keep this positive fake image. The CEO is evil and has very bad systems in his company that bans superhosts with 100ths of positive reviews for having an incident with 1 bad guest. Use other platforms and don't let this company become a monopoly. They do what they want and don't listen to both sides. They can ban you for live just because they want it and this isn't legal.
“ I haven’t failed. I just found 10,000 ways that didn’t work” Thomas Edison ❤️ Nothing is a mistake if you learn from it! Love your philosophy and live by it as well
I am 25 years old and I’m from Alabama. ❤️ i Love watching your videos. You are very inspirational and I have been watching your videos for two months now. I will make sure I go back to add comments to all those videos I liked and watch. Thank you for all that you do. Also for all of the knowledge and wisdom that you give. I’m will be purchasing my LLC this Friday also because of you. So again thank you so very much.
Great content. I just started last week. Thru up a couple of my own rooms in my house. Made $1K my first week. Listening to all your tips and techniques to improve my overall peformance.
Thanks for the info I have had on our property broken in side out from pets and it’s costing me lots of money so I’m going to make it on Airbnb hope I’ll work out we are really nervous to start this business really like your videos helpful info
You make it sound like working hard and opening an airbnb listing properly will profit gauranteed. I know that there is more to it than the plethora of solid information you are giving us though. One bit of info I am looking for is occupancy rate by city. If you look this up on airbnb it seems to default after a few months plus if a person's listing is their home, well that is inaccurate information.
Great Video... I just posted a video about My big mistake on growing my business during slow season and almost losing everything. Smh lessoned learned. 💪 Thanks for The great content Sean 👍
I like what you say about waiting to list, I'm working on my fourth Airbnb, but I've been so busy with bookings, I have decided to wait till after Xmas to finish setting it up. I wondered if i should have set it up quick for Xmas vacation, but now I feel better. I don't want to lose my hard earned Superhost status. Thanks Sean!
Your videos are a tremendous help Still trying to figure it all out. I hope to move forward by February. Still uncertain to start here in my home city or try in Mexico. I will watch your video on the factors to consider when choosing a location. Thanks
When you going to start renting homes not just apts? I’m in Coachella valley and we have Lenar starting to build in January new homes and all of them will be short term rentals in this community. I have a couple homes here can’t wait for the new ones.
Holy Sh!t!!🤣 I been watching these Airbnb videos for the past month with this guy in the video & Sean Rakidzich. And I’ve only just realised it’s the same exact guy🤣🤣 You look sooo different now. Like a completely different person😅 I always wondered where on earth this guy went & why his videos were so old😅
I am gaining weight because you are feeding me so much knowledge. Relative noob, made superhost, starting to experience the negative aspects of the platform. Question: what is your take, if you have even developed one, about all of the liability associated with some of the new Amenities, for example kayaks?
I’ve never looked at a lease agreement, what verbiage should be included to AirBnB the place without problems and what should we be on the look out for that could cause problems?
Hi Sean.Thank you so much for charing this valuable content.I would like to start to do the same in London.Have you got properties on that market? What steps do I need to take to start this business here? How do you think is it good market for this type of business ?
I broke up with AirBNB over how they treated their SuperHosts in 2019. People seem to look for hotel type listings on AirBNB and unique properties like ours on a private lake - are treated better on VRBO.
How many guests have you booked on each platform? Was guest performance equal? I list a superhost space in such an area, I get the occasional "riff raff" that don't get the venue but overall it's been very good.
@Lawrence L. Not looking to be a millionaire in 2020. No one ever said this was a get rich quick thing, you are too simple minded. However, i will make sure to keep YOU personally updated so you can see exactly what hard work and the benefit that come with it looks like.
@Lawrence L. OR, OR.... not everyone cares about being a millionaire. Its not my goal, I am not looking to be consumed with working everyday all day. I have played that game before, I am simply looking to build a small 15 unit company that will help fund a mobile detailing company i am building (you know the whole not having all my eggs in one basket thing) plus i LOVE detailing cars. I am more interested in building something i love and traveling with my wife. Do not need millions for that. Material crap is not our thing. Don't get me wrong, we live well and in an affluent part of Atlanta, but millions in not the goal nor desired!!
@Lawrence L. I think you are misunderstanding my point. I understand HOW to make the money. I have been there done that, I am simply not chasing MONEY. I am chasing life experiences with my wife. Do not need millions for that.
@Lawrence L. Which bring me to the entire point of ever commenting to you. WHY poo-poo sarcasm on someone looking to better themselves? let them be excited about learning a new and young industry. One that is doing so well and making so many millionaires, that even AirBNB has invested over $200 million into its own hosts. Why be negative?
I liked your "pre-booking" message to avoid party-goers. But what if you live out-of-state? My wife and I are from NY. We're looking to invest in the Central Florida area (Orlando, Davenport, Kissimmee, etc) and then eventually retire there to continue to run the business. "Your host lives next door" message wouldn't work for us. Is it more of a "bluff comment" so that they will move on and look elsewhere if their intention is to throw a rave/party?. Do you have any other suggestions? I'm even open to other subscribers responses.
For the Minut noise monitor, are you marking your listings as having a recording device? I checked their help and it says: What’s considered a security camera or a recording device: .....baby monitors, mounted surveillance cameras, decimal and device monitors, and smart phones with video.... I like this idea of being proactive but don’t want to deter potential guests with the “security camera or recording device” check box.
Thanks alot for the transparency about this business 🙌🏽 alot of people gloss over the gard stuff and just hype up the revenue aspect of the business which isn't realistic all of the time.
I live in an apartment building that will not allow subleasing but will allow the addition of a roommate. I'm weighing my options. in what states can i use an LLC to circumvent anti-subleasing rules in order to airbnb an apartment that i currently live in. One option that i may have is to list it on Airbnb and then require the client to sign on as a room mate. Is this possible? any advice would be appreciated. I have 3 months left on the lease. If this works I will renew the lease. I'm in Houston, Texas by the way.
Hi Sean! I manage an Airbnb in Dallas and recently received a letter from the city regarding paying hotel occupancy taxes. Are you required to pay HOT when you lease an apartment for short-term rental?
Thanks for sharing this content!! Which type of business form should I registrate my Airbnb-business? Sole Proprietorship or Partnership/corporation (AS)? I am a kind of solo-guy. I will be the only owner of the business.
Could use a summarized version of this. Found my mind trailing off and to my Airbnb Pet Agreement as I was listening to this. Please try getting to the point or even summarizing you points before getting into the stories. Had to log off before video was done as I was lost 👀
Good video. But excuse me, @ 7:04 you say it started profiting $800,000 a month????? As in $26,000 a night? WTF? Could you please clarify or correct this?

I wouldn't quote Edison, a greedy entrepreneur with no morals who stole Nikola tesla's patents and let him to rot in poverty ...
@@IzzyOnTheMove I still love the quote and the sentiment behind it. Lots of evil was dealt to Nikola Tesla unfortunately greed and evil run deep
