I cant believe how well FSD handles construction zones. They aren't mapped, can change daily, and the placement of cones can sometimes make it unclear exactly when you can return back to the original lane.
I recently read an article claiming GM's Super cruise was "light years ahead" of the competition. And yet it only works on mapped highways and can disengage at a moments notice if something unexpected like a construction zone is encountered. I guarantee the writer has never experienced FSD!

Exactly. They never actually test the other systems, especially THE system.

The head shakers display their lack of understanding. CT drives itself, has no tailpipe, best specs in the game. I imagine horse mounted folks dissing Ford’s model T a century ago. Same vibe.

You popped up as a recommended video/channel. I’m glad I tapped on your video because I truly enjoyed the content. There were a few times where I was afraid that the cyber truck wasn’t going to proceed with its actions because of the situations that presented itself, however it did and did so flawlessly. I have a model 3 but I have not purchased FSD yet as I live on the island of Oahu the traffic here is just insane. Even with auto steer and the way that the traffic drives here my model 3 is constantly flooring the gas pedal then applying the brake, pretty harshly. Anyways, I spend hours and hours on UA-cam and I’m glad to come across channels like yours with fresh content. A lot of people think that these videos just aren’t that interesting but I watched it all the way through and I’m also glad that your video is in 4K because some of the other videos I’ve watched have some terrible resolution. Please keep the videos coming. It definitely kept me entertained. Sincerely your newest subscriber.

Maybe the extra steering wheel movement is because of the rear wheel turninig, fsd is learned the turning curves without it 😅 now it has to readjust the oversteering

@MetzTech The question is not what humans do. Of course humans don't respect anything. That's the whole point of speed cameras, speed bumps, etc. Exceeding speed limits is illegal, period. It's one thing for humans to do it consciously, but for this type of system to do it is impossible. Many countries would refuse use on their roads if the system automatically did illegal things the way humans do.
In the beginning of the video, you complain about the slowness of the freeway exit, and I agree that people drive faster than that. But freeway exits can sometimes have low speed limits, like 50 or 30km/h in France. Whether we like it or not, this kind of system has to respect the limit, otherwise it will never be deployed in the world.
FSD is there to imitate human driving, but only within the legality imposed by cities and countries. Most youtubers stomp their feet as soon as the vehicle reaches the right speed in an area where humans drive faster. It's completely stupid.

@@Abebe345 The English became very adept at using longbows during battle in medieval times. Even to this day you will see Yew trees in English churchyards which were required, by law, to be maintained as a source of wood for longbows.
During battles, more often than not with the French, the English archers would make a V sign to the enemy, which was visual 'shorthand' for "See these two fingers? I am going to use them to pull back my bowstring and put an arrow through your head."
By convention, that V sign was made with your palm facing your face. Anyone seeing a driver making a V sign to a pedestrian in Britain is likely to assume that they are being insulted in the coarsest way possible, rather than being shown a peace sign.
