This season has been an absolute dream. I will never take these moments for granted. A few lows and a lot of high’s. I have learned a lot from my mistakes, and those hard moments only made the journey that much sweeter.
I am grateful for having met so many of you ❤at the past 4 shows, for having stepped on stage with my bodybuilding idols, and for having made so many great memories. Regardless of the placings, I always had the best time. Thank you so much for your support and for being a part of this dream. I could not have done it without you.🫶🏽🥹🙌🏽

So proud of you. No matter where you placed, you look incredible. That strength you have takes an even stronger mind.
My four year old daughter watched this with me and was amazed at how beautiful and strong you are. She asked, “Could you be that strong?” 😅 I told her it takes way more time than I have to be that strong. 🤪 It’s a full time job! That’s major dedication. The closest I ever came was the end of boot camp. I put on almost 30 pounds (seemed mostly muscle) with weeks of the constant exercise. Even then… I had only a 4 1/2 pack. 😂 That experience shows me how hard you all work. So much respect and admiration!

Putting yourself out there and being vulnerable is not easy and most people would never dare to do what you do. So, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! You have no idea how many lives you change just by being YOU! And, you look AMAZING! I am waaaay older (50 year old vegan) but understand the importance of strength training. You are next level and inspire me during my workouts. We just moved to SWFL and I’m excited you’ll be close. Hopefully I can come out and support you. 😊 Much love 💕

Natalie! These moments don’t just happen in show prep- they happen in life! We’re all working towards something and setbacks - real or perceived- affect the journey. That is why you inspire those in and out side of your industry. Stay you, stay strong, stay in the arena! You are all of us and you are a true champion and respected athlete. Remember these words: “I want to be in the arena. I want to be brave with my life. And when we make the choice to dare greatly, we sign up to get our asses kicked. We can choose courage or we can choose comfort, but we can’t have both. Not at the same time. Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage. A lot of cheap seats in the arena are filled with people who never venture onto the floor. They just hurl mean-spirited criticisms and put-downs from a safe distance. The problem is, when we stop caring what people think and stop feeling hurt by cruelty, we lose our ability to connect. But when we’re defined by what people think, we lose the courage to be vulnerable. Therefore, we need to be selective about the feedback we let into our lives. The bikini criteria keeps changing for bigger and more muscle which I sometimes feel is pushing a bikini look out the window! You looked amazing! Keep being as strong and focused as you are as your time is coming. The natural show at the year end sounds so much your alley. I have to say I love your vlogs and how supportive George is! I don't know if it helps, but I'm a 44 year old mom and grandmother, and have spent the majority of my adult life overweight. It is my goal, over the next two years, along with my vegan bodybuilding coach, to get to the point where I'm ready to step on stage as a bikini competitor. I just wanted to let you know that you've been a huge inspiration for that dream! Thank you for not quitting; for keeping on keeping on, even when it's tough!

I cant believe how hard you work. Such determination year-in and year-out.
I started playing roller derby at 45. I sucked when I started. So much so that my coach pretty much let me know I probably would not make the B team. But I worked really hard and made the team. Then I made the A team 6 months later and killed it. Hard work pays off. I love watching your journey- you share the highs and the lows and are real. You will accomplish your goals. It may take time but stay the course. You got this girl.

Somehow, your channel was suggested on my UA-cam. I am not vegan, although I eat mostly whole foods & plant based. I definitely am not into body building. At 54, I'm pretty sure my body is falling apart. LOL.

I do agree the standards for that category changed drastically and not only to the US but also in Europe where the Bikini's are kinda Wellness wanabe. I just love your personnality because you're not only sweet but realistic, we can identify to you (but you keep an athlete and by no mean I am haha) but you face the standard changed such as us in our life. You folow your own path for years and THIS is inspiring. Good luck to you both for the moving, just finished mine and I feel my energy swallowed haha

Feeling love and support is one of the greater currencies of our existence.Especially in an arena of competition. Plus the stress of having to travel and conform. That takes a strong and flexible mind and heart.
You looked great. As best as I can see on this tiny screen. Maybe in the end the gift of having the extra calories was it kept you sane and fed your brain… which relies on nice nutritive glucose.
My experience is when things don’t go as we would like… we can face some deeper truths humbly… as well as look where we externalize our power…and continue to learn how to best care for ourselves and spirit… and who really matters in that picture.
I must say… my workouts are still strong… and taking measurements has shown good reduction. I too must keep developing strength… I do thank you and George for giving info and vegan lifestyle fitness another place to be. xo
