- Two vehicles were stuck in the snow in the Deschutes National Forest, so I took the tracked Jeep down to see if I could get them pulled out. With a little help from my @MattsOffRoadRecovery @YankumRopes I was able to get them pulled right out and back to civilization

It looks like those tracks are paying off for you. That was a good investment and the drone shots, awesome!

Big investment. Around 28 thousand.
@@noworriesmate5903 I had some tracks installed on my 97 Cherokee. Best investment I've ever made.
Totally agree
The mountains in the winter is a cold and lonely place, that takes no prisoners.🤠
the stability on the drone is insane! Looks like it's mounted to a tower
Love seeing Matt's recovery ropes in action.
those Yankum ropes are awesome and Matt is good guy as well.
Looks like the investment in those tracks will pay off big time. Good recovery and some real nice drone footage.
so much snow-so many recoveries for Casey!!! 1:29 holy Toledo those are some serious chains on that rig. what an awesome rescue Casey. The drone really amplifies the scenery and situation. Keep up the awesome work!
The best recovery vids by far, just don’t change a thing, love your attitude!
Yea this guy is humble and polite. Not angry like most recovery operators ... 👍🏽
Those tracks are worth their weight in gold! Great job.
Looks like a perfect setup for a great recovery pro! And looks like fun as well 😉! Thank you for the super cool video and taking us to this rescue! The drone clearly showed how the pulled truck is „dancing“ in the snow while your Jeep was continuing straight on like a train 👍!
Yeah I liked that part too, definitely showed the difference between tracks and tires!

@@jesusislord6545 Hey bud how bout making your own channel where you can talk all you want. Your no better than the scammers
@@CaseyLaDelle could the swaying be from ruts and/or being hooked on 1 tow hook? (off-centered)
New subscriber. Love your setup and knowledge of Emergency management and towing. So important on so many different levels. I’m a retired law enforcement officer and Your a true professional. Thanks for being on the frontlines and doing what your doing. Especially with all the craziness going on. Do you have any type of emergency lights are communications capabilities setup in your vehicle. Didn’t notice when I was watching the last couple videos. On a side note would love to know what your setup set you back. Be safe out there and thanks for sharing.
Right tools for the Job!
Great recovery!
Thanks for sharing!
Great recovery!😊That tracked Jeep is Bad A$$ 👍👍😎 Keep up the great videos and stay safe out there! ❤️🙏
Those tracks are the bomb, makes me want to move somewhere that gets a lot of snow and is real cold, NOT.
Great video, stay safe out there.
At the end past some 11th minute it's nice to see how the white jeep is dancing and wobbling on the rope unable to keep the line/track and how the tracked one plough straight through, no problem.
Love the drone video! Kind of trippy to watch this from Miami,🤣🤣🤣 . Reminds me of living in the Rockies and 4 wheeling with friends. I am so impressed with all your vehicles and how your hobby helps so many people, it's awesome! Keep doing what you do, I am now a fan😁
I Just discovered your channel and love the fact that you are in my backyard! I live in Springfield Or. keep up the cool recovery videos.
To see you and Andrew Camarrata work together would be legendary both have same style and work ethic’s
Just brilliant to watch your vids even the sound tracks
'Yankum ropes' are pretty handy. We call them 'snatch straps' here in Australia and have been around for a decade or so at least because of all the dirt we have.
What a beautiful place to do a recovery. A little magic rope, a little yanky-panky, and everyone was out pretty easy (looking)! Those tracks are working really well!
Great Work, Casey!
You are so nice guy help people but you make sure they are out and still help them.Good ❤️ you had stay warm and safe.🙏🙏🙏
Really liked this content. The drone footage was a great addition. I’m really happy that they reached out to you for this task. It looks like your hydraulic assisted steering worked just fine. Are you going to brand your new JEEP / Track setup? I suggest J-REX, because it’s got a hungry appetite for eating up the snow. Also, great job explaining the science associated with Matt’s Recovery rope. It’s the best explanation I’ve heard thus far.
You’re my favorite rescue man! You’re kind happy eat. Always treating your customers with respect, thank you for all the beautiful lives you save!
Impressive recovery equipment and equally impressive camera work. --- Thanks for the great upload. ---
Great recovery video, drone footage was a nice addition. Love those Jeeps!
Stunningly gorgeous view. I❤ Oregon.
It's good to have friends because I want to do something friends will follow through 😁😁
The white SUV had a winch, and there was no shortage of trees there, do they just not know how to use a winch?
I would have cut that dude loose before he pulled us both off
That was exactly my thought too don’t know how to use the winch, or it’s just for show.
Most likely, like the fake intercoolers you used too see
Maybe it's broken... Like your comments
You rock for helping those in severe need.
Mr Casey That was a awesome recovery. Love the jeep. Thanks for sharing and stay safe
I've seen and read about Guardian Angels coming in many forms but this is a new one on me to see one come in with TRACKS. ~patting my chest ~ Huge respect mate! Thank you
Tracks on that truck are crazy he can go thru anything😂
Tracks worked great, drone video added a new dimension to your recovery videos. The heated cab on that JD grapple would be a welcome addition in the winter, I have had visions of an older JD 440 cable skidder being a capable off road recovery rig all be it a bit slow.
My brother works in one of this skidders, and they have models that come with a winch instead of the grapple
Hey! Finally found your UA-cam channel! Thanks for helping me out the other day.
No problem!
That was one of your best yet! The drone shots were spectacular, especially on my 75". The music was a little loud compared to your voice, had to keep playing with the volume, not a huge deal. Your jeep did great.
Back in the 70s 2 friends and I went dirt bike riding in the spring busting snow drifts. The snow was hard, and we could go anywhere, We went up to a fire look-out and had lunch. We climbed up and were treated to an awesome view as we ate. We went down and proceeded to go back, but we could only go a foot and then we went down to the frame. All 3 of us! We tried packing a trail to get some speed up, but it would not work. We had to stay there until about midnight for the snow to refreeze. My bike was the only one with a headlight. We were somewhere north of Hagelstein park. We were several miles up the look-out road, and more miles yet to the trucks. The wives were very anxious, and then mad. LOL So I 100% know what it is like when the snow gets soft.
People don't realize how much the snow changes with temperature. The vast majority of people I have to go get drove to wherever they're at in the morning with no problem at all, had their fun playing in the snow, then can't drive back out the same tracks they drove in after the snow had warmed up.
@@CaseyLaDelle I find it very interesting - the difference in the snow depending on sun exposure, though it stands to reason. Ours here in SE Ontario is just staying hard as a rock the last few days, no matter what the time of day. 🙂
Love the drone footage to see more of the scenery! Tis the season for forgetting sd cards it seems, just did it recently myself. Time to store extras in the car. Must've been fun in the white vehicle fish tailing along.
So glad to see the drone shot makes a way difference. I guess it only happens in day light.
Rescues seem to happen at all hours and it seems to be night before Casey gets called many times. You're right though - unless it's a full moon there wouldn't be much to see in a drone shot at night, if you could even manage to not lose the drone. 🙂
Beautiful country in the snow !
That jeep is like the snow monster it went through it like it was nothing I never understand people go to the mountain unprepared probably had no shovel didn't see any chains on the vehicle stupid thank God people are because you wouldn't have anybody to recover lol 🤣🤣 the Jeep is so nice you have a good set up now that tractor would be nice though it's big those chains when you put your hand up there they had some good meats on it that would be pretty cool to have to keep up the great videos be safe out there
Chains would have made the situation worse out there
Just found your videos. Frist thank you for your service.i love a good ride off road. Second my gradsons love to watch with me. This leader to more adventrues. Thanks stay safe...
It was good all three times I watched it!
I love your setup on the Jeep
That was an awesome video. Beautiful shots of the country and great music. Next video possibly be you buying a skidder . Stay safe and healthy y’all.👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
2.15.22 Great video and thanks for making it
Absolutely beautiful scenery
That track jeep is cool.
That was just so cool
I clicked "Like" before I watched the video. I wasn't disappointed! Thank you and take care.
That Cherokee on tracks is awesome Casey.
Great drone work
Baddasss drone footage...
New scriber, your channel popped up as i am subscribed to Matts offroad recovery. Cool tracks brother
Epic journey and great drone footage all the way back! I am very impressed Casey, given your medical condition which makes it even more unbelievable! Great Job.
Indo like your tracked Jeep, it does really well fast, fast over snow! Excellent!
Hello from Florida. Beautiful country! Great drone shots.
I just realized I'm watching this and it's daylight for you. Wow! What beautiful scenery!
Love that track jeep!!!
That Jeep is awesome! Nice set up you have. I love watching vehicles in the snow. I hope you get paid for helping.
Beautiful backcountry. Lifesaving work. Thanks!
Backcountry doesn’t have roads.
I love these guys!
Wow the tracks make it look easy! Awesome
Yes the drone footage was the way to go for sure. Thank you. Spectacular. ❤️🇦🇺🇺🇸
Super cool video. Thanks
I saw you over at Matt's channel and decided to check your channel out. I'm glad I did.
Almost looked like “Crack the Whip” while you were towing him. Nice job
Awesome. I've been wondering what my beloved Road 40 looks like this winter, but knew better than to go down it. Yeah, I've pulled some people out of snow on it too, further down from where these folks were, in that one dip where the snow stays late.
That was great for a first time. love it.
Beautiful Shots!
A daylight rescue. Well done.
Thank you for allowing us a glimpse into your world. The drone footage provided views of some really beautiful scenery.
a gorgeous drone view
Great video, well done on the rescue.
I love this vehicle and youse guys! Subscribed!
liked the way your Jeep with tracks was running straight and the pulled one was fishtailing all the way, good investment for your company.
Pulled one was fishtailing because it was pulled from one side. Needs a v-strap or another setup to pull from both sides.
Love 2 C A 6 X 6 In Action ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hell yeah nice, working great!! And loved the drone shots!
I’ve watched this recovery many times now. It’s simply awesome.
I was so excited to see that beast work I'm definitely impressed with those tracks you was nee high in the ditch and for that jeep to go in out of the ditch oh yeah 😎 awesome work of it all. God bless you and as always be safe 👍 🙏
Yeah I drove off the side with no problem, then hopped out and sunk way down. I was like, "shit, how am I going to get back in.."
Very cool video. Drone footages were awesome. Tracks seems to work great in snow recovery jobs.
It was great seeing you working with Matt and his crew on that new recovery vehicle. At the same time just a little odd seeing wearing a black MORR T-shirt. I guess I'm just so used to seeing you wearing red!
I grew up in a snowy region of the country, never got stuck in that little bit of snow. I firmly believe this younger generation is lacking common sense. I never had 4 wheel drive. 6 to 8 100 pound sand bags over the rear axel, provided all the weight and traction I need to go anywhere. I also carried shovels chains a winch and salt. I had the most common sense rig full of winter sleeping gear extra gas cans. I kept extra food in the back seat like trail mix - nuts canned fruits. Lighter fluid, wooden matches a saw and an axe. I was prepared for worst and rested for the best. Let's not forget the T P.
I hear ya John. I had a Delta 88 and with a few bags of sand I regularly crossed mountain passes in the winter where even the elk couldn't go. These kids these days. Sheesh.
GREAT footage!
Finally got enough snow so you could use the jeep! It did an awesome job!
That was awesome !! 👏
You have some awesome country and views people are going to want to move there best of both worlds
Those drone shots are legit.
Great film making plus you are a good person to do this stuff.
Love seeing all this snowy scenery from down here in Louisiana. Don’t think I would want as much for as long as you have this weather but a few days would be great. It is so beautiful 🤩.
Several years ago, there was a military tracked Jeep for sale in a town just east of here (in a place that rebuilt military vehicles). I dreamed of owning that monster, but never could afford it (much less justify it). In bad conditions (and set up right), IMO nothing beats tracks. (I've got a "Struck" mini-dozer {about the size of a riding mower} that can get in and out of places that people would not believe. It also pulls a real load - more than it weighs (about half a ton) - we broke a 1 1/2 ton winch one time trying to pull a struck truck out of a rut.)
I bet you get lots of rescue calls like this! (GRIN!)
Great video , the drone made it much more exciting. Keep em coming Casey.
Loving that tribal country music 🎶
Absolutely your best video so far! I loved that drone footage and music!
Lo-ove the drone footage!
I am in New subscriber I love the action keep it up love the way you helping people you’re a good man love the show
I need to build a Jeep like that!
Hey Casey You are the best. I love the fact that you help people like this. Hope you are doing well.
Great recovery Casey!!!!! Love those tracks on your jeep, like a set for my willy’s flat fender. Thanks for sharing ☺️☺️☺️👍👍👍👍
I am glad you said how fast you were going, I was guessing 20-30, I agree with GeorgeL617 below, great drone shots.
