靠得住粥麵小館 Trusty Congee King - Hong Kong Bib Gourmand Restaurant

We came across a Bib Gourmand Michelin restaurant at Olympian City 3 on our way back from Disneyland. We order several dishes to try, including the signature wonton noodle, the beef brisket noodle, the pork and dumplings in soup, and the pan-fried flat rice noodle with sliced beef and bean sprouts. We also got a couple drinks: the barley water and the juice. We also got two Chinese doughnuts that we didn’t even know came out of our meal.
Each dish came out fresh, hot, and delicious. To my surprise, the portion size of each dish was bigger and tastier than that of Mak’s Noodle. I would definitely recommend coming to this restaurant to eat. I’m also planning to come back another day to try a few more dishes off their menu.
