Best Fried Pork Chop @ King Pork Wan Nian Store

On our first day in Taiwan, we were looking around the Ximen area for food, and we decided to try what they called the best fried pork chop in Taipei at King Pork. At the store, we ordered pork chops on rice, noodles with pork chops, and a fried chicken leg.
The pork chops on rice came first. The rice was topped with meat sauce, some vegetables, some sliced tofu, and some pickled mustard. I tried the meat sauce on rice, and it was tasty. The seasoning was balanced. The meat is moist and melts in your mouth. The pork chop was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The seasoning was perfect, but beware of the excess pepper on the outer coating. So if you don’t like spice, or for most kids, it will be too spicy to eat.
Next, I tried the noodle soup. The noodle texture was nice, but the broth didn’t have much flavour. The fried chicken leg was actually quite tasty, with crispy skin, perfectly seasoned, very moist, and tender chicken.
Overall, the pork chop was really good, and I would recommend it to everyone to try. Thank you everyone for watching, and see you in my next video.
