Dim Sum at a local joint (New Praise Notes 新筆記)

After our first dim sum meal, we came across this restaurant. The long line of locals waiting outside caught my attention, and I decided to return to try. It’s such a local restaurant that I can’t even find the English name for it, so I had to use Google Translate to translate, which literally comes out to say New Praise Notes, and here's the Chinese name: 新筆記.
The food at the restaurant was very delicious. Like most restaurants, some dishes were better than others. But what I really like is the local feel of the restaurant. Every dish came out really freshly prepared and piping hot. There were some specialty dishes like the bean curd wrap duck web with taro that can't be found on the regular dim sum menu and a must try item.
