Can it fix anterior pelvic tilt?
I’m a kid trying to put on bulk so I’m not terrified of other kids I have 2 10 pound dumbbells and that’s it please give me suggestions on what I should do and stretches
How old are you? If you're under 18 or something you want to be very focused on not overdoing things, even more than everyone else. Slowly steadily challenging yourself will help with self confidence and self esteem. But learning about your mind and mental health is as important. For instance we all have negative voices in our head sometimes, some people more than others. Grounding meditation, increasing mindfulness etc helps with those. And stuff like that has in common with bodybuilding the importance of the breath! Bullies are spreaders of negativity because they are low in consciousness. You can get ahead of them on that!
why is mobility and cooldown stretched are mixed together? Can we have one video for warmup, one for cooldown and another for mobility please?
