He's quite passionate about the health benefits of it for the heart; not sure he cares much about the skin and hair aspect (he's bald!). But I think if he was cooking at home more often he'd just use it in his foods or as a condiment. I'd sure rather dip some bread in it than just drink it!

Love fried eggplant? Use a pastry brush and put olive oil on both sides and put it the oven at 375.. Depending on how thick you cut it will depend on how long to cook .I cut it 2 inches thick turn in 10 minutes and bake for 10 min. Should be tender and golden brown.

    Wrong cooking with it is not nearly as effective or healthy, it has a low smoking point. If you don’t like to shot olive oil, then just use it as a dressing on a salad or soak bread in it, or even add it to your coffee. But no cooking with it isn’t the same

    Let's all "PRETEND" this doctor "educated" in the western european colonial imperialist school fashion has taken the time to study and research ancient Chinese and Middle Eastern medicine THAT INCLUDES THE ENTIRETY OF THOSE MORE THAN 30 THOUSAND YEAR'S WORTH OF KNOWLEDGE

      In ancient times they didn't even know wash their hands. Why does everyone on the net pretend we had greater medical knowledge back when our life expectancy was 1/3 of what it is now, and 80% of the population would die of infection before turning 20, when 30% of women were dying during childbirth, when miscarriage was so common it was typically expected, as opposed to full term which was a surprise?

      look,im moroccan and olive oil has been used as a remedy for years. but just bc something has been practised by cultures for many years doesn't make it good,for example arsenic has been used for years as medication yet a quick google search will show you that arsenic is really bad for you

    Don’t cook with olive oil. One thing us Greeks know is to never ever cook with olive oil. You have alot to learn about olive oil.

      What are you talking about? I am Greek and I forbid any other oil in my home. I cook everything with olive oil just like my mum did and my grandmothers. My family also have olive trees so I should know something about it. We Greeks up to the last decades we only used olive oil. However you may say that there is a wrong and a right way to cook with olive oil. I can bet that you are Greek from either UK or America or a very young person

    • @MrPokerblot
      @MrPokerblot 9 місяців тому

      @@stamatelavagia4944 do you deep fry with olive oil. Only light cook most foods and if going to cook with it cerusnly not use the extra virgin. But the refined olive oil is for cooking.
      Yiu should know that if you heated it up it ruins the taste and nutritional composition completely. It lordly flips it from a good oil to a bad one

      Because most of oil is wasted stuck to the salad bowl. If you drink it straight, you’re not gonna lose a drop of the goodness.
