Isn’t that the problem with FlossTube? I’m exactly the same - I watch a video and then I want to do everything that they’re doing! 🤣 I did ask my friends whether I’m still young enough to ‘fall over’ or if I should start accepting that I have ‘had a fall’. I don’t think I’m ready for that yet!

When you are stitching and have a problem ith thread twisting etc, while on the backside of your fabric, drop your threaded needle frequently so that it will unwind. Now proceed with your stitching! Great progress on your whips! Very inspiring!
Thank you! That’s excellent advice. I probably should do it more with that silk as I just end up getting irritated with it. I once knew a lady who had taught herself to automatically twist her needle every stitch so that her thread never twisted. I have no idea how she did it. It’s never worked for me!
I love Semi Sane Stitchers group on FB... I've been stitching their events for about 2 1/2 years! Love it! I'm in The Misfits on the puzzle event... I'm also stitching in the Domino event, the Yearly Goals & The Flower Event that has been going on all year!
The games are fantastic, aren’t they? I just love how much variation they offer and the challenge is usually achieveable. Can’t wait to see what’s coming up! How’s your team doing? And how are you going with dominoes? I’m at about level 13 and slowed right down!
@bohemianstitchery1411 I love the events each month!!! Our team just finished solving our 6th puzzle... I'm on #12 on Domino's, I'm doing them in 100 stitch increments, so it slowed down for me too!
Yes I do! I don’t do as much as I was since I rediscovered my stitching mojo, but I make little bits of progress here and there. Hoping to have another finish by the end of the year so will do a DP video then. Do you also diamond paint?

Yes! Give it a try! It works for me because I love goals and although there’s no absolute compulsion to finish, I still like that accountability.
