We always try to strong in front of a lady we like even though structure wise we are weak. Its just a guy thing to try to always protect and show a little muscle here and there to a lady. Humour is ALWAYS at the expense of someone or something - sometimes light and sometimes offensive and also sometimes hidden. The 'insult' is suggesting that women can't handle being wrong are indecisive, pedantic etc etc. I'm not saying that is correct or what I think but that's what the whole undertone is for those particular parts.
He just told everyone that he is living in an extremely abusive and gaslighting relationship for over 20 years and that he might need professional help.
@@gottliebdee263 That's exactly right. Humour is always, by necessity, insulting. Doesn't mean it can't also be good-natured, but that's because most people are able to laugh at themselves.
@@itskarl7575, No, humour isn't necessarily insulting. You'd just have a weak sense of humour if you can't find the humour in non-insulting jokes like "A farmer bought a bull, last week. This week they bought an udder one."

This guy was so funny when he auditioned on AGT! He made the top 3 a couple of weeks ago and wished he’d made it to the finals, but he got cut. He is the funniest nerdy guy!

I just found this guy and I am an Engineer. I am loving every word he says.
I attended his performance at an appropriate function for his style: the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Power & Energy Society meeting a few years back. Absolutely hilarious. He dissected us down and hilariously poked fun at our foibles. Granted, magnetic flux is an easy target for (intellectual) comedians.
Laura's budget would get a next day counter action:
"Hey, honey, there was a Ferrari 410 auctioned today, you won't believe how much money I saved!"
Getting a reaction like "You bought a Ferrari? OMG!"
"Nah, I saved 21.3 million dollars! I didn't buy it!"
But then, I'm not much of a diplomat...
I only discovered Don through his appearances on AGT this season. I think he is hilarious. Both his material and delivery are top notch. Nerds Rule!

He's even more awesome after I saw him on AGT but I had been following him on TikTok so I knew about him when he appeared on AGT and yeah it was, "He's the PowerPoint GUY!!!" Really funny, he made it to the semi-finals and got 3rd place for that round, so not bad! I bet this joke would have made an appearance if he got into the finals!
