My mom had a cat that would grab the food with her paw and dip it in the water before eating it. I dunno why but it always made me laugh seeing her do that.

Is it bad I relate to this? Like, anything bad happens to me, and I feel like I'm the one always at fault, even if its random chance, or from another person.
It is bad, but don't worry, you can get better! It takes effort, patience and time, cause, like most mental health issues, you need to go through a process to get better.
I say "process" because oftentimes it doesn't go smoothly and flawlessly, but when/if you fail at trying to get better, all you need to do is try not to stress about it and try again. Like a lot of things in life, it takes time, and it's not easy, but you can do it!
I'm only gonna give you the advice if you want to though.. (more cause I didn't want this text to be long😅)

I definitely relate to this 😅 For me, this is Emotional Dysregulation, where I just feel all feelings more intensely than is warranted. But now that I know that about myself, I can at least take comfort in the fact that while I currently feel like crap, it will get better soon!
I'm glad you're aware of how you function! That is something a lot of people don't even try to do and oftentimes get worse just because they don't know why they're the way they are.
This may not mean anything from a random stranger online, but, I just want to say that I'm really proud of you!

Reaaaally smooth animation and also I felt that in my soul
I remember a few months after we gave away our dog (He's fine brother just turned out to be allergic) we would still find small stray pellets of dog food all over the kitchen from when we went to feed him. I swear they need to invent some sort of pouring nozzle for those food bags as that stuff ussualy just flies everywhere but the bowl.
