just did this with my sentra sr turbo looks so sick, I used the fine tip an took a solid hour I know its not going to last I just wanted to get an idea of what it would look like with real raised rubber stickers. also, try to use multiple layers. I used acetone to clean the lettering and it worked pretty well just make sure to clean it very well otherwise it will turn grey. I bought 4 pens but I probably only needed 2

It just depends on good you clean the letters with acetone before painting them, they're still painted after having them painted for 2 going on 3 months but start to get dirty after a month, if your looking for a long term use just go wire the raised rubber tire letters.
Just an idea.. I wonder if you could've used a razor blade to cut the tip of the pen into an easier shape to work with?? If someone in the comments already suggested this idea, I apologize. I didn't have time to read them. Anywho, thank you for the video!
I prepped letters and did my first coat when I did second coat it was only after about 5 min and it would remove the previous layer. Did this happen when you did it and how long did you wait in between coats?
Hey, what's your verdict on the life of the paint after one good application? I'm reading some reviews about how the paint cracks and wears off from a sharpie pen. I have no problem leaving an extra in the glove box to touch up ones ever couple months.

Does it start to peel off after you start driving?

I put a hole in the marker drain the paint into a cap and then use a tiny paint brush

My tire has border so it was easy. But not perfect.
Why clean with sand paper or steel wool? You’d get better results with acetone
I would worry more about my mismatched and or missing lugnuts, rather than putting makeup on tires.

You can just cut the tip to shape it with a pair of scissors
