I've noticed that too. Maybe the machining operation has some sort of company brand that needed to blur it out to avoid copyright or unauthorized promotion or something
👏🎥🔥 Your videos are truly inspiring! They showcase the intricate process of mass-producing pliers and provide a fascinating glimpse into the Japanese manufacturing industry. However, I'm curious about the potential implications of mass production on quality control and craftsmanship. While efficiency is important, does it compromise the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that we often associate with Japanese products? It would be intriguing to explore how manufacturers strike a balance between efficiency and maintaining the high standards that make Japanese products so renowned worldwide.
always amazing (or disturbing?) to see so much handwork in a high tech country like japan.. just imagine what all those people would be able to do if the process was automated to a higher degree.
Looks like they know the value of skilled humans doing certain tasks, the custom tuning of each nipper is something no computer can do. Those people take their work seriously, something others should learn from.
Agreed. That manual ‘angle’ adjustment the company has workers doing is wild. I was appreciating the level of craftsmanship that probably has gone into that part in particular
Blurred because it's a trade secret. More specifically, the pneumatic vices and holders are carefully blurred, nothing special. Everything else is more or less distinct.
Why am I watching a "how it's made" video that censors the parts showing how it's made? Also lol I had no idea these are called nippers, I thought it was called clippers.
what is the name of the nippers. I would like to buy a pair. most you find in US are not good and wont cut good . these look like a grate pair to have. I am looking for a pair that will cut small finish nails i do a lot of wood work.
I’m not entirely certain _“nippers”_ means what you think it does… For example, _“When excited, her_ ‘nippers’ _became even more pronounced than usual…”_ See what I mean? None of that makes any sense.
The Japanese are world renowned for thier hands on in tool making .. but in this case western industries are superior in that cost per unit is cheaper and of equal or better quality due to the use of computers and automation.
It always makes me sad seeing people doing those repetitive, monotonous mind-numbing tasks, day in, day out. The music doesn't help either, gives a propaganda-ish feel to the video 👎

I love watching your videos, they inspire me! Thank you for your work. It's a terrific job.
Wow keiba is best tool i love it

I love Keiba. Been using their Pro Hobby nipper line for years and was pleasant to see how they're made :D
Show de conteúdo parabéns. Saudações de Brasília 🇧🇷

I use that style of nippers all my life. Those look like really good quality. I would be happy to use one of those exact nippers.
Thanks for the info, will purchase it from Amazon Japan

Nice good quality
Why are there blurred parts in the machining area? To protect the brand or a trade secret process? Thanks 👍
trade secrets. these machines are custom made for or by the company, they dont want other companies to copy their tooling.

@@SupremeRuleroftheWorld awesome thanks for the clarification and understand and respect!
Thanks for the great content!
Amazing 👍, all kinds of Japanese goods never let me down.
What is the point of blurring out an important part of the machining operation?
I've noticed that too. Maybe the machining operation has some sort of company brand that needed to blur it out to avoid copyright or unauthorized promotion or something
Before you ask. Its Japan, all of the porn has been blurred out
Bagus sekali kawanku, salam semangat terus kawanku
COOL JAPAN🇯🇵
There were some blurred bits. What was so sensitive?
Hi can you make video about how they make and build engineer lathe machine from A to Z also old man stick

Người Nhật sản xuất kềm nhìn thấy hết hồn. Kềm của Nhật sản thì OK..! 🇯🇵👍

Du bon boulot , merci pour ce reportage !

Dang, that's Japanese quality for you. Always worth the import fees.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This, but the Godhand SPN-120.
Cool video, but why would you blur it? It's not like you're showing 2nm photolitography processes of making computer chips...
