A joy to watch expert craftsmen in the process of perfection. Dangerous demanding work with time constraints requiring technical knowledge and experience.
This seems to be the right amount of automation for such products. These people seem to really know their craft through experience. Thanks for sharing!
It’s a small shop, and nothing is as terrible as some of those 3rd world factory videos… but I’m really surprised by some of the safety aspects of this video. Some of what is shown here would never be allowed in the US. I would have expected more automation, and more organization of the factory’s floor and more safety precautions in a Japanese factory.
I like they are using newspapers and simple cardboard boxes as packaging. Who needs fancy prints and logos? That old school attitude rocks! Made in JAPAN!
Love the videos, these processes are amazing. Not sure the background music helps much. It's kind of a distraction. But at least it's not too loud, so thanks for that.

it is a refreshing difference to see this well run, smooth and clean factory for springs, compared to the dirt holes some can see in some south asia videos.
Now that's a hand-made spring! At large production facilities elsewhere, the spring would be untouched by human hands from the time the bar stock arrived until they were packed for delivery.
It depends upon the volume and size of the spring.. if volume requirement is less than it would be made manually like this.. but if volume is huge and its specifications are under capacities of automatic plant than it can be opted to manufacture in automatic plant.
I would imagine any company that's about to have a movie crew visit will make sure that workers does everything by the book at that time regardless of location.

Meanwhile, in the USA, executives earn 4Xs as much for doing half as much and feel it is their RIGHT to get a massive buyout once they destroy the company. Maybe a heavy duty truck suspension (like a semi truck or dump truck) or a train suspension. Those are way bigger and thicker than what you'd see on a pickup truck or car suspension.
Приятно удивляет их отношение к производству, даже на начальном этапе, сталь не какая-то ржавая, а как буд-то только из проката, и дальше везде к каждому изделию отношение как будто это не пружина, а драгоценное украшение. Хоть и не сильно высокотехнологично (хоть где нужно используется нормальные технологии) но зато на выходе качественный продукт.
Это редкая продукция. заказывается как индивидуально. Можно естественно долго церемонится. завышая стоимость продукции. У нас такой же метод, но в производсвенном порядке, включяя заусенцев, которые обрабатываются одновременно с двух сторон и все идет под шаблоном, ненадо затягивать-растягивать. Качесвто такое же. Только симпатичней смотрится японский.
@@mishel2892 Практически любая автоматизация и гон за количеством, приводит к понижению качества продукции, либо значительно, либо не значительно. В данном процессе я вижу скурпулёзное отношение на всех этапах, но какого-то затягивания процесса здесь не наблюдается. Ихний производственный процесс в симбиозе с количеством и качеством продукции.

Все просто и эффективно, и неодного японца в каске, у нас на предприятии, должна быть каска, очки, наушники, верхняя одежда, перчатки, ботинки с металлическим подноском, индивидуальный замок блокиратор. Без бумажки в виде распоряжения или наряда пернуть нельзя. Поэтому когда какая то срочная и неотложная работа, на безопасность все забивают.

Обычный азиатский завод чуть больше гаража. Автоматизацию могут позволить только большие корпорации. А локальные заводы работают как и 50 лет назад.
Если не нужно миллиоы штук, то такие производства рентабельнее. Делают нужное количество и нет кучи всяких бесполезных тупых надзирателей...

大阪も摂津や豊中にはバネ屋さんが結構集まってて、自由長、バネレート、出したい特性、ベースとなるスプリングなどを用意すれば、ワンオフで巻いてくれるところがたまにあります。昔、XTZ750に乗ってた時に弱すぎるフロントスプリングをダート走行に適したものに替えるのに、この近所のバネ屋さんで巻いてもらったことがあります。
