Steve, you’re truly amazing I hope you find an amazing woman who loves you for who you are 🧡💜💛💙 Can I say, as an African, Nigerian woman, I promise we don’t all shout and bellow in order to be heard. I first met Joe when he was running Rumble in the Park in Surbiton. I later was part of the first batch of the Body Coach plan, where he personally emailed and coached me through 3 months of training before my wedding. Throughout it all Joe’s been authentic and incredibly kind. He’s not one to put up a facade and this podcast is a testament to that. I’ve been following Steven for years on Instagram because his posts are always so heartfelt and instantly applicable to real life. It’s not ridiculously aspirational and material, it’s actually teachings / learnings that inspire your “aha” moments. That lead you to create and crave discovery of your own potential and magic. While social media can be a rabbit hole and toxic at times, podcasts and channels like these make it all worth it, and are a reminder that we are here to serve, to love unconditionally and to lift others up. Thank you both for such a beautiful and transparent conversation. I hope both of you are always happy and well. x
Joe gets it! He understands that happiness isn’t external and being content in the moment is real wealth, he appears to also see that ultimately we are all connected. Thanks Steven and Joe 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Much love to you and all! I suffered childhood trauma, 20 years depression and more. It can change, I got out the darkness and hope to be a light of inspiration for those still in the dark 💚🙏💚 it can change!
Incredible incredible episode. I feel like the depth you're covering as an interviewer is growing with each new episode. Don't know a single other podcast that has the emotional nuance and insight of this one. Thank you Steve!
Hands down my favourite guest episode of this podcast. I've taken notes, paused for reflection, set myself tasks lol. This is the content I signed up for.
this podcast is by far one of my new faves! Giving Tim Ferriss, Lewis Howes and Joe Rogan a run for their money! Great questions and always very in-depth thoughtful conversations! Brilliant Steven!
I would say most “connections” represent more than one single person working out to Joe’s videos so his impact was much higher. At home, for example, we watched all of his shows and there were 3 of us in front of the tv, working out with him. And we still do it until today, rewatching his videos. It’s great fun.
I listened to your first podcast with Joe, and had followed his journey, and you so wanted him to succeed because you saw and heard his passion for what he was doing, but the governments doesn’t speak our modern day language to move this forward, we all need a mr motivator... and Joe is that, and parents signed up to it because the platforms home with the pandemic made people search for something... ...I’m so glad Joe never gave up and gripped the nation, the world in fact, with such passion and it was, is fantastic... well done all of you guys, it’s about what you love and believe in... Joe you deserved the honour from the queen, you did it with a broken HAND, THAT is dedication to your dream. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💯✅❤️
You so were there for us Joe, we'll forever be grateful. Before PE with Joe, I really wasn't interested in anything you did, it wasn't for me. But you gave myself and my daughter a focus during Lockdown, not to mention the importance of keeping up some exercise. You helped us stick to a schedule and my daughter missed just 3 PE with Joe sessions until she went back to school in June. Thank you.
Wow. Favourite episode. So many important lessons and wisdom shared between you both. Joe's honesty and humbleness are infectious. Looking forward to the next one Steve! 👌🏻
It’s been 2 years but I just watched this episode! Joe, you are amazing human being and thank you for all you do! Lots of love and happiness to you and your family! ❤
You're absolutely smashing these podcasts, I was really shocked at Joe's upbringing, what a lovely, humble guy. He deserves every success. And you are fast becoming my favourite podcaster 😁x
One of my favourite episodes so far! You both had such a great mix of themes in common, and topics you differ in opinion on but can discuss so effectively 🙌. Great lesson to be learned on how to embrace differences positively!
Brilliant podcast again Steve, always tuning in. I love how raw and honest you both are. I can related to yourself and your guests through my own journey in life and business.

@@TheDiaryOfACEO The marriage part you spoke about with your mum and dad, made me giggle.. Shouting for six hours and your dad was out 😂... I find it interesting how u see relationships and dating. That would be a good podcast. Give us single ones tips x

Hello Steven, I have only just found your podcast. It’s sensational and thankyou very much. Over the last 2 weeks whilst on holidays I have been binge listening to every single episode, starting at episode 1. I’m currently on episode 64.
