@@ManoharBatra My only rule is to help people as much as I can, I have always referred strangers from Linkedin, did my own due diligence and referred, there are so called rules made by some companies but ethics and empathy should always trump them

Hello sir, seeing current market condition is it advisable to stick to IT sector and shift preparation for govt/bank exams? Considering salary(90% tech salaries are comparable to govt sector, except for 10% MAANG), job security, peace of mind etc? Please reply sir 🙏

I have 7 years of experience in development, recently laid off including my entire team because Project was terminated by client citing the financial constraints not performance, I regret so much for not listening to my parents, but now my age limit has passed already, I can't sit for Govt exams, so If Ur still under the age limit to sit for Govt jobs, then don't waste a minute, work Ur ass hard if U want a peaceful life
@@Gauravkumar-jm4vebrother I am attempting govt jobs along with working in IT and trust me the competition is intense now..If you belong to general category you need to be a GOD to crack any govt job now..even for very few vacancies lakhs are already fighting..so preparing for govt jobs are the biggest risk because the success rate 0.005%..only 1% actually succeed after years of preparation..the best way is to churn out a business plan or start side income along with the job for future security..

Dur se har chij hi achi lagti hai hame, hame lagta hai medical me job security hai, aram hai but jo log asli me medical me kaam kar rahe hai wo log khud hi bolenge medical me mat aao, so every field has its pros and cons. Ab hamare upar hi hai hame kya acha lagta hai, stress toh har jagah hi rahegi na

What abt 2025…?
5 saal exp 23 package tha usko ab switch karte waqt 13 lakh de rahe hai😂 though 5 yrs exp and 13 lakh is good enough but ab company bhi chalu ban chuki hai. Sab 2018 ke jaise chala Rahi hai..bas client ke sath raat rangin karnewali aadat ko rakha baki sab kuch back to 2018 ka rakha hai.😂
Par dusri taraf ye bhi ek baat hai ki Jo logo ne switch Kiya nahi unko inflation ke hisab se Paisa mil nahi Raha . Corona ke baad tire me hava bahrne ke liye 10 ra lete hai 2018 me 5rs lete the.. daal tadka 200 me aa jata tha ab bc 300-400 me ata hai..iske wajah se purane employees ki band baj Rahi hai.
😂baki Rahi baat job guarantee ki to bhai wo to kabhi thi nahi na rahegi. Isliye kuch dusra Kaam bhi Karo jaise koi dukaan vagaira set kar lo😂
