Advice when exercising. The session is not tailored to any specific needs. It's designed for guidance, motivation and educational purposes only. No information should be taken as medical or professional health advice. You should assess the activity to decide if it's suitable for you, and make sure you have the right facilities and practical support.
Risk assess your area - clear any potential hazards so there's enough space. If you're using equipment during the session, make sure it's suitable for the activity.
Stay hydrated - drink water before, during and after a session and take it easy in hot weather.
Know your limits - take breaks when needed.
Stay connected - keep your mobile phone near you incase of an emergency.

Having MS can surely have a lot of fatigue but this helped me significantly.
Thanks for exercises and the Wahls Protocol eating for life.
Great set of exercises for me. In a wheel chair for 6 more weeks.
6 more weeks in a wheelchair? May I ask what you mean by that?
I broke my hip in a bicycle crash. First 8 weeks of recovery in a wheel chair followed by 8 weeks using a walker. Now recovered -- I'm very fortunate.
Very helpful, thank you
Super exercise.😃
Thank you for this, as a wheelchair user it's difficult to find exercises. Would you please tell me, what are the small weights you are using? .
Hi - the small weights are small dumbbells or hand weights. I'm glad you find the video useful! Ben (MSS UA-cam Admin)

I have been diagnosed with MS 9 yrs ago and have not experienced any symptoms until few months ago.however i am fine with balance and dont have stability problems, so if i did the exercises that someone, who didn't have MS, did then would that be fine?
Pls give varicose vein cure exercises.
CAN YOU DO THESE EXERCISES ONE HANDED
I have ms really want to push myself to work out but that fact I get the feeling of worsening and getting more stiff scares me. Is this a normal effect in the beginning, I should also add I let it get worse by not doing anything and basically lounging around for 6 years

I'm just getting more pain
Hi Anna,
Thank you for sharing this with us. Research shows MS symptoms such as fatigue and pain can be reduced through moderate and regular physical activity. Here is a link from the MS Trust with some more information www.mstrust.org.uk/life-ms/exercise/staying-active-ms. Also it is always better to stop doing any physical activity that causes pain until you have spoken with a healthcare professional. You can speak to our MS Physical Activity Specialist by calling our Helpline on 0808 800 8000 or email helpline@mssociety.org.uk if you are interested in ongoing support with physical activity you can register for our moving more with MS service here: www.mssociety.org.uk/care-and-support/everyday-living/staying-active/moving-more-with-ms.
Many Thanks,
Ben (UA-cam Admin)
