    I broke my ankle last month. I do these exercises daily. It helped me a lot. Thank you and i wish you love health and prosperity

    Our MS group does zoom meetings with videos for exercise together. This one is definitely a favorite!

    Thank you so MUCH ! 4 this video I can't make it to theropy with this corona and I was about to lose all i worked 4 the last year . And it dose help with the pain while walking..

      Having MS can surely have a lot of fatigue but this helped me significantly.

      I broke my hip in a bicycle crash. First 8 weeks of recovery in a wheel chair followed by 8 weeks using a walker. Now recovered -- I'm very fortunate.

    Thank you for this, as a wheelchair user it's difficult to find exercises. Would you please tell me, what are the small weights you are using? .

    I have been diagnosed with MS 9 yrs ago and have not experienced any symptoms until few months ago.however i am fine with balance and dont have stability problems, so if i did the exercises that someone, who didn't have MS, did then would that be fine?

    I have ms really want to push myself to work out but that fact I get the feeling of worsening and getting more stiff scares me. Is this a normal effect in the beginning, I should also add I let it get worse by not doing anything and basically lounging around for 6 years

      Thank you for sharing this with us. Research shows MS symptoms such as fatigue and pain can be reduced through moderate and regular physical activity.
