It is one of the most important points, in ms. in my opinion. listening to the body and knowing too much or too far is too much to not end up, completely down. It is not just lesions, etc. which is a part of it.

Thank you so much for making this video! I had surgery on my foot (heel) a little over a month ago. I recently decided that I need to do some sort of exercising and have been trying to find videos that deal with workouts laying on the back. Everything, except the bridge, in this video I can do. I’m so excited I found this video. It’s going to help me so much. Thank you again!

Because I have back issues I do not believe it would be a good idea to perform these stomach crunches. Any alternatives?

And why bring up the knees keeping it pointed to above direction while doing the exercise? What's the difference between keeping the legs straight and bending it like this?

I noticed when pushing the individual without the chair, a little bit much. The beginning of shaking, etc. of course, it is up to anyone individual, what is too much or the intensity of inability or pain or both.

Micro manage the energy to not end up in bed for months or yr. or permanently, on end, not able to move at all.
