After three months recovering from hip and leg surgery this past fall, Finding this video is bringing me some cadence back that I can fully recover (and perhaps even improve ) my strength,, balance and proprioation back. I will be joining you from a chair with a textured tethered half balance ball and a bench until i get back onto a floor. This is great and thoughtful assistive example. Thank you,

just tried it. I think the most difficult part for me, was to actually sit up straight on the floor without slouching. That was tough, but I will practice. Thank you for this, I appreciate it.

Hi Bahareh, Thank you! Do what feels comfortable, you can hold for longer or shorter. I normally hold the positions for 3 breathes.
Looks soothing excercises but I cant sit on the floor , can I do it on hard bed ?
