The super small floats are for either icefishing or when panfish are on the beds. Well that is what i use them for and thank you for all your video they are AWESOME!!!
Holy smokes !!! Now that was the best informative video I've seen yet in using a Santee rig. I was gonna try demon dragons but think I might just stick with my peg floats

The santee rigs are similar to the sea striker flounder rigs I use surf fishing here in North Carolina. And those little baby floats are used making bluefish rigs too. Like your experiments and ideas.

Tell me what you think, I took foam ball Bobber, opened it up from the top, so the shaft is easier to get to at the bottom. Then I used Needlenose Pliers to straighten the bend, pulled out the spring, and top push peg, but left the other two in as my main pegs as my float. Easy hack, and if weighted? The weight comes out easy too. I save all parts🤭
We always ROFL on your videos!!! 😂🤣😂 I love the pool tests. You can always add slits to the styrofoam peg floats with a razor knife, a hot wire, or maybe by setting the hook WAYYY too hard 😋
Just an FYI: I know everything floaty these days is plastic / synthetic. I read an article year ago, where someone was still hand making balsa wood, peg floats. It was in the form of ancient oriental peg floats. Long and slender shaped. They were super light weight, cast easily, floated high and when painted, were absolutely beautiful! They were mainly used for pan fish and trout fishing. The craftsmanship was amazing. Truly works of art!

Love your videos, I got a idea for a new one. I have been playing around with it but no success. I have a deep V tracker targa. I like to use my bimini top but it takes up so much of my fishing room because of the support arms. Have you ever made one?
For a long time I could not find any slip floats here in South Korea. I had a pack of little 1 1/2 inch Betts peg floats that I wasn't doing anything with. I took a left-over Lollipop stick from one of my daughter's finished Chupa Chups. I ran that through a peg float and they make pretty decent little slip bobbers. They fight tight so I don't need to use glue or anything to hold the stick in place.
Hey Keith you make the best videos they’re both informative and educational oh and funny . I got my shirt and decal last Monday thanks a million to Pebbles. Where can I email you you an idea I have ? Thanks a million
Can you do a segment on slip bobbers with a list for fresh and salt water? I searched youtube and the internet and cannot find a video on hos the bobbers with slits are suppose to work and hacks to keep the line from coming out the slit, even with the pegs in place. I found one video of a guy asking for help in keeping his line from coming out of his slip bobber with a slit and it was a hugh bobber. Since you like a challenge this one should give you plenty of ideas. Keep wetting the hooks.
Notice the Black was easier to see........ the bright colors attract salmon and steelhead also .pinks chartreuse and orange. But dark colors make a larger silhouette.
I know but catfish aren't attracted too colors just scent , and the deeper you fish the less color matters , and most people are trolling 30 ft or so . I would just clear coat mine so they would be like mono line like I said on the last video . But I totally get why they have the colors for bass , salmon, crappie and so forth
you know the green one of the double clip you don't have to pull that deal off just clip the line in each end that way you can add it or take it away based on whether you need it or not
That was a great test. Also lmao on that super hook and float you use 😂. And there is the pool 👍😂. I would say more but on my way to get my hat before they gone !!!!
You know those little Creme Lures? I took the Hooks off some of those, to make some Demon dragons? Well this first ones looking more like a little possed lizard . These things are tiny. And I painted them also
Because the football float is bigger around the the others ....try the demon floats with a line in the middle so the float sits in the water like a boat ....
Is it me or in the final result, did you call both the 2.5" and 3" cigar floats....."2.5 inch". I think the chartreuse was the 2.5" and the orange was the 3". Is that right?
You ever make a weight in a spoon . You twist a wire loop and melt the lead in the spoon with a torch. Then you stick the wire in the lead with needle nose pliers .
I really did enjoy the video and it really was informative not just entertaining, but all your videos are entertaining.
Thank you Sir

So next thing to do is to see how big of a bait keeps each off the bottom but not floating to the top.
I'm not sure any bait can sink that big football float , use it and shorten your leader
@@FishinNStuff how short of a leader do you think Keith?
Use the little 1" orange peg floats for various things and just cut a slot in them so I can quick attach them to my line.
