I paid £2,000 for mine nearly 18 months ago. It has now done 196,000 miles and I have been driving manual cars and vans for 40 years, but I don't think I will ever part with this car. At least as long as it is tax exempt.
Great review, this self charging Hybrid seems far more practical then the newer Gen2 PlugIn Hybrid, in the future it is my 1st choice. But.. in the far future the 3008 PHEV has certainly made my short list, 300bhp that's alot of fun! Albeit for a little inconvenience of regular home charging, the day before, due to the small battery hence small range,.. & 3KW charge limitation.. . And obviously trailing a lead around the car & begrudgingly taking off & bundling into storage pre work or wind up on tethered CHRG box.. Well a bit of a chore...
13:23 i know it might sound funny but i would just put stickers on drivers side of gear knob and problem solved, but i get your point about peugeot installing them letters on wrong side.
@@arkadiuszkapuscinski6345im thinking about one, i really like pan roof in those 3008, it might not be most exciting looking car but what i care about most is fuel economy due to doing loads of miles around uk, or should i stick with diesel non hybrid as for years? What would you say mate?
@@giovannigiorgio1536 Battery is working without problems. I didnt check its capacity lately but I have 5.8L/100km in mixed mode daily. 0 emission mode is working very often. Specially in jams or constant flow. And 200hp is very funny.

no thanks, staying with my Toyota Hybrid,
I have this car. Love it. Very comfortable. Very elastic propulsion and power when You need it. Gear box MCP is very slow, so its not sport car.

@@arkadiuszkapuscinski6345 Hi. Is the hybrid battery still healthy in your 3008? How is the car in terms of reliability? Thanks in advance.
