0 to 100 km/h 5.9 sec Official. My Result 6.1 but depend on many factors. Total Torque 450 NM. My mistake in the video.
The SUV PEUGEOT 3008 GT HYBRID4 is approved according to the new WLTP protocol at 29g(1) from C0₂/km (1,3l/100km) and 59 km(2) range in 100% electric mode.
By offering this SUV AWD with an equivalent power of 300 hp (or 220 kW) with C0₂ emissions at the best level on the hybrid market, PEUGEOT is resolutely committed to an energy transition ever stronger in sensations.
This new offer complements the existing PEUGEOT 3008 and the new PEUGEOT 508 and 508 SW engines. The HYBRID engine and the HYBRID4 (four-wheel-drive) engine will be integrated to the new PEUGEOT 508 and PEUGEOT 3008 respectively. They will be available for the second quarter of 2019.
The PEUGEOT driving experience will be enhanced with new driving modes for rebooted enjoyment and sensations thanks to the magic effect of the ZEV 100% electric mode, the efficiency of the 4-wheel drive mode (HYBRID4), the power of the Sport mode or the versatility of the Hybrid mode.
The technology is simple and intuitive, at the service of full freedom: freedom of use, with vehicles adapted to road, urban or outdoor routes. Freedom of choice, with 2 or 4 driving wheels, 225hp or 300hp, sedan, SW or SUV. Freedom of use with the 4 driving modes.
With a never-before-seen power in a PEUGEOT series, the character of the SUV PEUGEOT 3008 takes on a new dimension with the powerful HYBRID4 version. This high-end offer offers 4-wheel drive and reaches the equivalent of 300hp/220kw.
This is the result of the combination of a PureTech engine reaching 200hp/147kW and two electric engines (one at the front and the second at the rear) each reaching 110hp/80kW.
It does 0 to 100km/h in 5.9s. The battery capacity is 13.2kWh for a 100% electric range up to 59
    kilometres WLTP(2)
    .
4-wheel drive mode provides improved motor function on the road or rough terrain. The result is
perfect grip: whether on wet, muddy, snowy or winding roads, the power is evenly distributed over the four wheels of the vehicle.
The PEUGEOT 3008 HYBRID4 offers power and 4-wheel drive with CO2 emissions at the best level on the market: from 29g of CO2 per kilometre WLTP(2)
    .
The arrival of the multi-arm rear suspension provides high level comfort for back-seat passengers. Its integration has no impact on the usability and the boot carpet which is now in a high position.
The HYBRID4 engine is only available in a GT version with an exclusive Alcantara® Greval Grey trim with real aged grey oak trim. There are also new ADASs taken from the new PEUGEOT 508: adaptive cruise control with Stop & Go function and assistance in maintaining position in the traffic lane.
A few months after its launch, the HYBRID4 version will be joined in the range by a HYBRID version of 225hp (165kW), which will combine a 180hp/132kW PureTech engine with a 110hp/80kW electric motor, all in traction.
With a view to increasing driver autonomy in 100% electric, the high energy efficiency i-Booster
braking system recovers the energy during a braking or a deceleration when the foot is lifted off
(energy that usually dissipates on the ICE versions). The i-booster incorporates an electric pump to replace the vacuum pump of the ICE versions.

Another great video. Very thorough and detailed. I have had a 1.6l petrol version since 2018 and still think, for the driver, it's one of the nicest spaces to sit. I'd seriously consider the Hybrid4 as my next upgrade, mainly for the 4WD, because sometimes, FWD is not enough on the dirt roads.

Thanks Stephen really appreciate your feedback, I still drive it today until next week the 3008 hybrid4 and I love it. Really a premium car. 👍👍

    Thanks for this great report.
I would also be very happy if a detailed comparison of the chassis to the Hybrid and Hybrid4 would be come.
Because of the rear E-motor the Hybrid4 is equipped with a different axle than the Hybrid front-drive only.
In some german 3008 discussion boards there are voices that say that the two versions have different comfort characteristics ...

Thanks for feedback and for watching my videos. I think the confort it is very similar, maybe the car will be lighter and more agile but the suspension will be the same....so in terms of confort you don't have to worry 👍Also performance will be more then good ....most of time on hybrid4 work only 1 electric motor like in hybrid mode ....so it is enough power👍👍👍🙏🙂

it is nice to a review of the top model. But more interesting would be a test of the mid level trim, and a entry level engine (1.5 hdi). That is what the most of us would buy. And i can't find a decent review, so you would be the first ;-) .

I was intending to buy one of these mainly because it is a 4x4 with decent ground clearance which is what I need for a rural area. One issue by me is the road is given to flooding, not deep but it floods non the less. When I inquired about the vehicles wading depth I was informed it did not have one and it was not recommended to drive it through water due to the electrics I'm sorry to say say that would be unavoidable on this road so I have had to remove this from my list.
I wonder if all electric and hybrid cars are the same. I'm now looking at a Volvo V90 Cross Country and Volvo have confirmed a wading depth of 300mm which is fine and means if the road floods in winter at least I can get home still.

    • @SDADanCars
      @SDADanCars  3 роки тому +1

Beorn i see some Tesla drive in 30cm water and it was not a problem with electronics but good question...I wish I can find out as well somehow 👍

    • @Beorn.
      @Beorn. 3 роки тому

@@SDADanCars hi, thanks for your reply. I spoke to a Peugeot dealer it was they that told me there was no wading depth as such and they wouldn't recommend driving it in water deeper than its physical ground clearance which I'm told is around 215 mm.

    • @SDADanCars

I think depend on what you want. If you don't want to stress with charging i think Hybrid is better for long trips. If you want good economy then Electric is better. 👍🙂

Just watched this as I’m considering this as a car on Disability. So get the car very cheap.. This is the most thorough review Iv seen so far and to be honest you sound like an excited child in a toy shop 🤣 lol

Just to explain further. On UK Mobility this will cost me £6000 advanced payment plus £64 per week of my disability income. For that I get the car and pay nothing else towards driving other than fuel. So I don’t pay for insurance or servicing, breakdown recovery ect ect.. All inclusive. Plus get another car in 3 years. Is that worth it?? 🧐
