If the coach loads weights, then that is challenge to the lifter that the lifter can do more and must give it a shot. I love the slow motion emphasis on that.
When she Split jerk, the right foot starts moving forward only when the left one finish its travel backwards. Is that ok or is a technical mistake and why?
@@MarkBoulders in Chinese gyms they drop empty bars all the time and they work fine people on reddit who own elieko bars have said they have bars they treat very roughly and they still spin great. Elieko bars are made to last even in bad conditions. Also most good Olympic bars use needle bearings

I mean in slow motion you can perfectly see There's no real moment when any particular part of her body actually lifts any real weight.
I’m no sports scientist but surely the heavier an object the more force it takes to move….thus why doing this sport actually does help produce more force in almost every sport?

That's not her issue. Her issue is her jerk, which isn't that strong. If you watch her cleans, it's never hard, ever, because she's such a damn strong puller and squatter. It's just the jerk lockout
