you prolly dont give a damn but does anyone know a method to get back into an instagram account..? I was stupid forgot the password. I love any help you can give me!
@Kaysen Jaxon I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
you can tell the expert level when he takes his times on perfect mobility technique and squats 10kg as if he was doing 200. The strap advice was the cherry on top!
@@benjamingardner3314 I’m telling you bro. He is so powerful and looks exactly the same at 40KGs and he does at 200KG. This takes years of being trained well to achieve. Most don’t like that type of hard work and are lazy to perfect their physiques. Bravo to him
1. 0:35 elastic 2. 1:15 pvc bar rotation ( single arm ) 3. 2:30 double bar ( cuban rotation ) 4. 3:30 ( bar cuban rotation from light to 20kg bar ) 5. 5:00 light front squat with straps
Even though I do not speak your language, I could understand and follow your drills and instructions. You surely know how to to train and teach. Thank you for sharing this video.
Excellent explanation and easy to understand. I have watched many videos where most of the time the presenters confuse you with lots of human body anatomy jargons instead of focusing on the important points that regular people are looking for it. Thank you!
Great information and excellent video! I'm glad I found your site. I'm an older man who never really did front squats. I'm learning late in life, and I'm loving it. I hope to get my front squat to the same level as my back squat. Thanks again!
I’ve recently injured my wrist because of poor mobility. But with these exercises I’m improving all the time. Very helpful and thorough explanations. Thanks a lot
Speak English and I don’t understand a look of what you’re saying but I was willing to read through the subtitles thank you for the advice it was well worth my time I appreciate your experience as I do not have a teacher myself
Thank you! I’ve never save or subscribed before. But I learned more from your video, spoken in Russian on mobility training than anything I’ve watched in English.
4:54 40kg front squat for mobility. Well, looks like I'm going for a PB then. Awesome video. Lots of great information. The Russians are always straight to the point. And thank you for the subtitles.
Thank you for an awesome video! I would love to see a video on the warmup before a competition. When to start warming up? How many lifts to take? Everybody has an opinion on this but I would love to hear Oleksiy's approach especially because most of the time it's explained in a couple minutes and it's not very in-depth.
It’s crazy how beneficial this is!🔥 I’m a Powerlifter & I’m trying out different things exercises to complement my squat, bench & deadlifts. I’ve done that 2nd mobility exercise works like a charm!👌🏾 got to try the others.
Excellent description of proper bar position for clean or front squat and mobility exercises needed. This tight Powerlifter is going to attempt increasing mobility to add some front squats and powercleans with push press. Liked The point to use ur hand and dont short cut other methods of holding the bar. Using straps should help.
Very good explanation and demonstration. I can understand so much more now. Thank you for teaching us. I am a big fan of your Tabatta song. Only a champion could perform such a feat.
brilliant video, still a long way to go to have that much mobility, my body's been stiff all my life, hope i can overcome this over time and could do perfect clean n jerk
Огромное спасибо! Как всегда очень доходчиво объясняете нюансы тяжелой атлетики, ведь тяжелая атлетика это не только рывок и толчок, но и множество подсобных упражнений.
Thanks for that video, very easy to understand and I will incorporate this drill from now on. I would like to see more videos on overhead squat, since I'm struggling with shoulder mobility when going into the squat.

@Kaysen Jaxon It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much you saved my account :D
@Bodie Tripp You are welcome :)
So helpful and simple to understand. There's a difference when an experiened athlete does these tutorials and when a youtuber does it.
you can tell the expert level when he takes his times on perfect mobility technique and squats 10kg as if he was doing 200. The strap advice was the cherry on top!
He squats like a hydraulic press, perfect symmetry and minimal deviations from a straight bar path.

He is a top level champion. He can teach and even make a real athlete out of a beginner.

4. 3:30 ( bar cuban rotation from light to 20kg bar )

Your explanation is very thorough and easy to understand. Thank you
Straight to the point like the Russians
Thanks Champ! Great video. Will apply these to improve my mobility! With respect from Nairobi, Kenya.
