Alliance Crusader - Station Defender - AX Build - Elite Dangerous

Greetings Commanders,
Welcome to my Alliance Crusader AX Build. In this video you will see how well the Crusader performs as an AX ship, and I think you will agree that she performs very well, just like her sister ships. :)
This ship build has been made mainly for a Station/Surface Settlement defence role against the Thargoids.
Being able to use the Station for frequent repairs during the fight now means we do not need AFMU's, Repair Limpets Controllers and Cargo Racks, thus giving us freedom to use these slots for more Armour and/or Module Reinforcements. This now makes it much easier to take on tougher Interceptors. :)
To unlock the Long Range Guardian Shard Cannons, you will need a Mbooni Permit.
You need to get Allied with Azimuth Biotech, head to LHS 1163 and go to the Mega Ship 'Glorious Prospect' and keep taking missions until your allied with A.B.
As soon as you are allied the permit will be available.
Once you have it, go to the Guardian site SYNUEFE EU-Q C21-10 and collect the required materials. Then head to the Mbooni system, land at the Planetary Station called 'Prospects Deep' and unlock the weapon.
NOTE this will only unlock 1 weapon, if you require 4 then multiply the required materials below needed also by 4 etc.

To get the Pre Engineered Heat Sinks, go to the Leesti system and land on the Mega Ship 'Chariot of Rhea'.
You will then need the following materials to unlock.
NOTE this will only unlock 1 Heatsink, if you require 4 then multiply the required materials needed also by 4 etc.
8 Mechanical scrap
6 Niobium
6 Vanadium
5 mechanical components

I like how the spread between the 4 shards is grouped up, almost looked like you were using a Gause lol

The grouping is exactly like the Chieftain and it works very well 😎. If it was just that little bit faster it would be superior to the Chieftain with the added fighter support. But yeah, I definitely enjoyed flying her. Thanks for the positive comments as usual J 😊👍
