I need one of these. There’s something about small amps with 1 power tube. When you get it cookin and just sustain a note and it blooms into sweet feedback that you can control, chefs kiss all day. 😊
High and low power modes on the back allow you to dial in appropriate volume for any setting. It's the perfect bedroom amp essentially. I'm a bigger fan of the DSL40CR and the prior version, those amps are workhorses and perfect for stereo set ups.
I thought that’s what it was cut power to half, was the 2x12 cab. Sounded good I don’t know what speaker was in it was bright so when went to clean rolled off the tone on neck pickup sounded warm. For 1000$ for head and cab would be good for smaller gigs. Was very dynamic as well.

They have two power tubes in one container.
Jittboy1, sounds pretty excellent. Thanks for review, awesome playing. Did you have a distortion pedal in there, or was it all the heads gain?
No just the head distortion thanks
youre getting real Power Tube Overdrive like running your big Marshall on 9, its amazing little amp
I have the DSL1HR and it's pretty cool. Were you playing through the 1×12?
