Clone Wars and Rebels are must-see for any Star Wars fan, IMHO. The fact that they were originally marketed as "kid's shows" puts off a lot of people but they were both outstanding, and just kept getting better with every season. Can't wait to see it all in live action!
First few seasons of Clone Wars is reeeeally hard to get through for me. But it gets amazing later seasons and the final season they did years later is incredible.
@@christianfernandes6593it’s all a payoff. The first few season are made the way they are because the character growth from start to finish is incredible. It gets really really good.
I watched them last year finally, and now I'm so hyped for this show. They made the Madolorian much more enjoyable knowing all the backstory and darksaber history. This is basically live action rebels and I can't wait.
I think Clone Wars passes as a show for general audiences, but Rebels feels so dumbed down that it's honestly not really worth watching in its entirety
Not sure if you guys realized this but there is an homage to Kanan in this trailer. If you rewatch Jedi Night, (saddest episode ever), in the beginning Kanan kneels down in front of his mask and cuts his hair with a knife, just like Sabine in the trailer. Ahsoka is her master now but she still respects her first one.
I have a feeling Ahsoka will reunite the fandom! Everyone I’ve spoken to is super hype for this show and so am I! The Jedi episode of Mando was one of my all time favorites, so if it’s anything close to that, we are in for a treat 🎉
Exactly! I actually love the sequels especially since I got to experience them in theaters. I like all Star Wars content and people are too overly toxic these days instead of just enjoying Star Wars like before.
Super excited for this show! My wife, after loving Mandorian and Bad Batch so much, recently asked if I'd be willing to rewatch The Clone Wars while she watches it for the first time, so I'm getting nicely caught up and reminded why Ahsoka is such a beloved character. (She's very much enjoying Clone Wars and understands why seeing Ahsoka in live action in the 2nd season of Mando was such a big "hell yeah!") Cannot wait for this show, looks like it's going to be a really fun ride.
Exciting. I love that I was able to convince my sister in-law to watch all because of Ahsoka in Mandalorian. Starting with who's that and who's Grand Admiral Thrawn?
I heard a theory that Morgan Elsbeth is a nightsister. This idea was formed because her costume looks similar to the night sister outfits in clone wars, and there was a small green flame in she activated the star map
I always tell people I know to go watch Rebels. It is too good to miss. Anyways, I expect to see everyone on this series at some point or the other. At some point at the beginning of one of these episodes, I am expecting us to see the conversation between Luke and Ahsoka hinted at in BOBF.
Definitely going to jump on the hype train about watching Rebels. That show has so much heart and love for the franchise in it. From what Dave Filoni has officially said and from the Ahsoka trailer this show is going to have that same heart and soul in it. I am so incredibly excited for this, we have been waiting 5 years to see what happened to Thrawn and Ezra.
It's so crazy to me being there from the very beginning, seeing The Clone Wars movie back in 08 in theaters to now. I'll admit I was not a fan of Ashoka back then but she's grown so much to now being one of my favorite characters in Star wars. Also just seeing her now in this new show, just amazing can't wait!!!
I watched Clone Wars and Rebels back to back a few months ago, haven't seen it before that, and it was seriously the best decision, 'cause now I understand Ahsoka's character waaaay more than I would've having only seen her in Mandalorian/Boba Fett. Aside from Anakin, she feels like one of the best written characters in the SW universe.
Glad they’re kicking off Ahsoka with a 2-episode premiere so it can end 2 days before Loki Season 2 begins on Disney+ on Friday October 6th. That Inquisitor has to be Barriss Offee, Ahsoka’s fallen friend from The Clone Wars. And I think Ahsoka is training Sabine to be a better swordsman.
Doubt it, the helmet and armor looks like the eighth brothers and we never saw him die all we saw was him fall while using his damaged helicopter blade.
It would be kind of cool if that ends up being true. But there is nothing to even hint at that being the case and it's more than likely just a surviving inquisitor. It's better to set realistic expectations and enjoy the surprise if it does actually happen. No reason to set ourselves up for disappointment.
This comes out 2 days before my birthday, and I honestly cannot think of a better present Disney could give me! (Well, maybe a free trip to Disney World, but think I'm gonna have to settle for this, lol!)
On the case of Thrawn he went from Book to animation to Live Action TV show to eventually being the main Villain in a live Action Movie a really cool journey

No Grogu, I don't see them bringing him in for this. I know everyone loves him, he's great but I'm not happy how they handled him and we dont' need Grogu in everything. Saw first 2 episodes already for AUS rating, heavy Rebels vibe, amazing
Not sure if many people are aware but you can hear Vader's breathing @ 1:45!
I would go further. The Ahsoka arc of tales of the Jedi, The Clone Wars Movie, The Wrong Jedi and Siege of Mandalore Clone Wars Arcs, The Arc with Hera in The Bad Batch (Maybe the Ryloth Clone Wars Arcs too)....Then Rebels.
Thanks! 🙏🏼
4:38 exactly what I felt with kenobi
Two Anakin name drops. He will loom large over this series. This is gonna be amazing. Can’t. Wait.
