Thank you for a recipe that actually takes a whole work day I am so freaking tired of seeing recipes where I would have to stop in the middle of my work day and go home to make it some of us are just too busy to be able to get up and fidget with it and this is easier than coming home and spending an eternity in the kitchen this could feed me in my partner for 2 days
Made your pot pie in the crockpot and put it in a pie. Was great! I did add a little green chili but I’m from New Mexico. Oh and I put a piece of cheese on my piece of pie. Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your video. I like your idea of the ingredients you had and sounds pretty good too. Thank you for standing in front of your camera and showing which ingredients go into your crockpot too. I'm deaf and lips reading. It's truly helpful ❤
I like to see a Slow Cooker Pot nicely filled. This looks nice and practical. I will have to adapt in places, we don't have 'Biscuits' here in Britain and certainly not in convenient pop open packaging. But I like the idea of making an enormous batch and making Individual pies (never been really sure what the 'Pot' in Pot Pie was supposed to represent) so mine will be heavier on the veg and in top and bottom pastry, individually sized and all but one in the freezer.
@@SupHapCak Does that mean I have to buy some ceramic pie dishes then? Can't I just use the ones I have? Or do you mean I make it in the Slow Cooker 'Pot'. Cos sometime I have seen that referred to as an 'Insert'. Wouldn't that then be an 'Insert Pie'? I tend to make almost everything in a Slow Cooker. Is everything I make a Pot -something then? Puzzling. I am glad you have managed to clear things up though. I am in the prcess of making a Minced Beef and Mushroom Pot/Insert-something.
When I use a can of condensed soup, and then have to add liquid, I will usually pour it into the soup can to possibly get more of the product that's stuck to the sides and bottom of the can.
Bravo on this video! You got a new sub from me! I recently made a Key Lime Pie on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected my fellow chef! 😁
Wow, can’t believe you didn’t show complete process. I want to see finished dish and how you got there. If too time consuming have your vegetables, liquids and spices pre-prepared, we know how to do that. I feel like I wasted my time, I could have easily just read the recipe.
Hi going to make this today as it is cold and rainy in Massachusetts. I have a really quick suggestion for your website. GET RID OF THE BLOODY GD MF ADS!!!!!!!! Thank you😡🤬🤬
Why do UA-cam people have to talk so much we have to cook and we have people waiting to eat. Stop wasting time so much and stop talking. Just show us how to cook it.
Not impressed. With your recipe, potatoes undercooked (and I used 3 vs 4) and was not milky/creamy. Used at least 3 cups milk, and added corn starch to thicken it to be more like “pot pie” very disappointed. You gave this recipe to your family?!? 😮
Thanks so much for watching. If you can't find the recipe, click here to get all the details www.eatingonadime.com/crockpot-chicken-pot-pie/

Wow, congratulations, you made stew.
I Love Chicken pot pie my husband however Like it !
Thanks so much for commenting! This is definitely a keeper!
Do you put your biscuit on your pie if so how long you bake for
Wish there was a part 2
Are you cooking the bisques separately in the oven or do you cook them in the crockpot?
Cook separately in the oven
Yummy 😅
Yummy
It was we love it
If I tried to cut stuff up like you do left handed, I would be looking at the inside of an ambulance!!!
These videos would be better if...
All of the ingredients were ready to go ahead of time.
Actually showed the final steps and final product.
does anything get lost or gained by either cooking on high for shorter than low for longer ?
Low for longer means more tender meat and veg
I wish you would have cleaned the potatos better they didn't look to good, but I will give it a try.
Im making today
I can’t wait to hear!
