I cut and freeze my celery too! Since I only use celery for soup freezing it is the best way to make sure it doesn't go to waste. Plus, it last a long time in the freezer. I try to buy it went it's on sale.
Looks good. (And my kitchen is just like yours!) My crew likes cubed chicken over shredded so I partially thaw (or partially freeze) the meat and it's easy to cut into cubes. And then I use the saute setting on the Instant Pot and brown it before adding the liquid. Another option for thickening is to blenderize potatoes in water and add that for thickener. It works great when you don't have corn starch and/or prefer not to use wheat. Another trick for homemade broth is to blenderize fresh onion, fresh garlic, a little celery and little curry seasoning (plus salt to taste). It's a great alternative to broth.
Thank you We love chicken pot pie I suck at crockpot. My mom has tried to teach me a billion times The way you explained it make it feel doable Thank you
I will make the chicken pot pie soup this week and half it for 2 people. I finally bought a special glove from Amazon to wear when cutting and peeling. No matter how careful I am, I cut myself every once in a while, or ruin my manicure. I've been cooking for years but I'm a natural klutz! Thanks for the yummy recipe!!
Fantastic recipe . But NEVER add xthum gum in anything : Why that's legal in any of our diets and food is beyond me . Have stomach issues , get this out of your diet asap .
I really wanted to subscribe to the channel but hate the ad on the screen that never seems to go away. Also on this recipe you mentioned your goof but never say at what time you added the forgotten ingredients. Was it at the end in the middle, what?? Maybe good food but poor video!!
I'm a 70 year old bachelor and I love your recipes. thank you

This recipe looks so delicious and easy thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Yummy
The best part of the celery is the leafy part that's where a lot of flavor is.
Thank you for the tips!
The celery leaves add a lot of flavour to soups and stews. I also like a leek to add a gentle onion flavour.

Yummy!
3:18 You might want to get a good edge or end grain wooden cutting board so you don’t dull your knife.

I dont like my biscuits por any bread and rolls soggy. I am definitely a dipper. 😊❤
Could you potentially cube the chicken prior to putting in?
Can this soup be frozen? It looks so delicious!
