    Thank you, this is hands down the most helpful advice I’ve found on this subject to date. My calf muscles get a huge build up of pressure when I walk and only stops if I sit down for a while, then I can start again. I’ve had this issue for over 30 years and even after having two surgeries I can’t get a clear diagnosis of it.

    Great tips
    When I went to see physiotherapist they had me alternating between hot and cold water - 5 minutes in hot water as hard as I could stand and then dump my leg into the cold water

    Soccer socks are easier to get on and off and supportive to legs like. compression socks.

    Alot of common sense stuff but that's rare these days. These tips would be great for elderly who get edema often yet u see them sat legs down all time. Regular massages/feet emf machines, feet up, potassium supplements should be a staple norm.

    I was walking for 5 days a week for a lot of years and still ends up with DVT..

      I think it's the seed oils and processed foods. Also, the EMFs... from cell towers. I was great until three years ago when they put up two huge cell towers... now, I have ringing in my ears and my feet and lower legs don't feel like my feet. I'm determined to reverse the shiiiiit I have too much to do. Smiling, Love
