Correct me if I'm wrong here, but this technique moves the cerebral spinal fluid up from the root Chakra where emotions get trapped and up through the crown of our head and by circulating the fluid is what helps to circulate our emotions and release the stuck emotions (energy in motion) Love this practice. I've found it really helps me with stillness in my body and gaps in the mind, as your actively participating but not thinking. It's like it helps to bibass the thinking mind. ❤ Love how clearly you explained and demonstrated it. Thank you so much! 💓 🙏 🧘♂️
I started to do this practice last night. I must say, I was so relaxed the whole day. I never felt like that, maybe when I was a child but I truly do not remember. I just finished my second practice this evening and I really want to see what effect this will have on my life. Btw, I also had a peaceful sleep last night without any nightmares. And Sometimes its very challenging for us to get to express ourselves in the world because of judgement and criticism. Also the history of trauma is real and need to released and healed, so sometimes a lot of us may hold back or express a lil and still need to fully release. I think it's clear instructions and not a difficult exercise. I did the first time last night but my whole body became very warm and it took 4 hours to fall asleep. Meanwhile my mind was calm but at the same time there was a sound like a train going far away from the house. Never experienced anything like it before. I listened to the video again and I have done as described. I have high pitta and vata and a bit sensitive because of that. Could it be because of that?

I tried this last night. The sleep was like I have not experienced before. May be I did when I was a child. It was like I was enjoying the sleep while sleeping.
While sleeping I use to hold tight my jaws and sleep during waking i experience pain in my teeths and jaws, may be this is due to suppressed emotions, hope this pranayama relieves my problem.
Kindly explain what is the difference of Rechaka Kumbhaka and Puraka Kumbhaka. Your videos are just perfect. However I have problem with Rechaka Kumbhaka, suffering from Post covid weakness. Thank you very much. Pranam

Rechka is inner holding of breath (when you take breath in) and puraka kumbha is outer holding (when you exhale and lungs are empty)
