omg this is exactly what we go through as pharmacist and pharmacist techs! I LOVE 3:36 to 4:00 because I hear that from patients literally everyday! I think we DEF need a support group!
This a completely accurate representation of my patient population where I work. I encounter this type of patient on a daily basis if not more so at "The Pharmacy America Trusts." Thank you for creating this so people can see what we have to deal with.
I legitimately have the wonderful privilege of dealing with at least one of these very special people every. Single. Day. What a wonderful world pharmacy is.
lol! this is awesome and accurate. I'm not a pharmacist, but I'm a loyal and PATIENT and polite customer who sees this shit all the time at my pharmacy. I follow the rules, if its my CII hydrocodone script i give the pharmacist even more time than the usualy 2 days to fill. I drop it off several days in advance so the nice pharmacist has ample time to fill it and not have to rush. The end result. I have a great relation with my pharmacy and pharmacists and when a Rx is dropped off or faxed in to them, they let me know what day to pick it up or if they can fill it that day, they give me a pickup time. I then go about my business and they text message me when its ready. But I'm the other end of the spectrum of these high maintainance assholes. When I call or walk in the pharmacy, the greet me with a smile and a hello and all the Pharmacists and employees know me and are friendly. I thank ALL you pharmacists for your great work! Know you are appreciated for treating me with respect and dignity :)
OMG! This is so accurate on a much daily basis. I couldn't stop laughing. I work in 2 separate depts in my local pharmacy and customers wonder why I don't give up my other reg. dept. LOL.
Cracking up!!! I experience this all the time when I worked at a pharmacy. I'm so glad that I quit so I don't have to deal with crazy people like these. LOL!!! Thank you for this excellent video!!!
I had to deal with this everyday when I work at Walmart!!! I wish they would show this to the rude customers we had so they can see how mean they are!!! Love this video!!!
Thank you to whoever made this! I see this kind of crap at work everyday. I'm a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreen's in a wealthy town, and they are the worst people to deal with! Thanks again for the laugh!
Yup, this is a typical day at the McPharmacy I work at. Thanks for giving us that can relate to this insanity a good laugh! God knows we need it! I found this video to be dead-on accurate and definitely LAUGH OUT LOUD funny. It's nice to know we're not alone. Brilliant and hillarious! LOVED it!
This video seems to be the only thing that is helping to ease my 3 week vacation withdrawal symptoms that I will experience as I return to work tomorrow for the first day in 3 weeks, after laying on the beach & jet-skiing in the Dominican Republic. I can watch this video over & over and it keeps me laughing. Only us pharmacy people would understand. This video has also caused me to be mean to every patient that comes to the drop off & gives me an rx for Latisse!
OMG!!! This is crazy, the nail has been hit on the head, i'm a pharmacy tech and i deal w/ this everyday, thanks for the laugh, i wish some of our customers would watch this video and finally see how stupid they sound and look when they come into the pharmacy acting that way
I haven't laughed this hard in a while. Thanks to the guy who made this video. You absolutely nailed it. I can see so many of my patients in this bear. Watching this was rather cathartic.
Whoever made this is a genius...So very true...Dealing with morons everyday is commonplace...Everyone who comes through my drive-in thinks of our pharmacy like McDonalds.
This is so damn funny, and yet so very accurate...I especially like the part about the medicaid card being out in the Escalade...My life on a daily basis...The worse, rudest, and generally "pain in the ass" customers are the ones getting all their shit for free.
My daughter is a certified pharmacy tech and this is like a normal day for her. It's ridiculous the way that customers act and talk to her when OMG they don't realize that their scripts can't be filled INSTANTLY.
I was dying! This is EVERYDAY!! hahaha!! It's always our fault even when we say it's rejected from the insurance. People have no idea that it's just like this ALL THE TIME! Lol!
I love it when customers come thru the drive thru in brand new Mercedes Benz and BMWs and pull out their Medicaid card for prescriptions! How can I get to drive around in a brand new car with 'free' rx coverage too? And then they have the decency to get upset when a med is not covered! Maybe I'm in the wrong profession! True to the core video by the way. Kudos!!!!!
The sad part? I didn't even WORK back in the pharmacy back when I used to work at a drug store, yet I still know this feeling all too well. I also love the awkward silence while the one runs out to get their card.
This is so accurate! Histerical! I have heard all of the things she said from customers at Savon pharmacy in Oregon City, OR. My coworker showed me this! I was lmao! Had a lady today ask how long it took to put a pill in a bottle. She refused to tell me her allergies & medical conditions because she said that they don't relate to this medication.
I'm a pharmacy technician. I really enjoy my job, but there are a lot of people who are just like that. Hehehe. Just gotta brush it off. This is a cute video.
"Don't piss in my face and tell me it's raining." Golden. He's RUDE??!?! This looks like a promising career. I think I'll apply. Is the money really good?
I'm a pharmacist and I've shown this video to friends and relatives and tell them that we deal with this EXACT type of interaction on literally a daily basis, usually multiple times a day. They are always quite shocked. Everyone thinks that being a pharmacist is a completely stress-free job, just "puttng pills in a bottle". If only more people knew what we have to go through, then maybe people wouldn't turn into complete assholes the minute they walk into a pharmacy.
It's sad/scary/hilarious how accurate this is. I've never worked a day in my pharmacy where I didn't experience this. Thank you for making it. I wish I could show everybody I know.
As a pharmacy tech, I hear this plenty on a regular basis. Today a customer actually told me that if she took any generic medication, it would kill her. She must have brand name everything only. If I don't laugh, I would just cry.
I had to pick up a heart medication script for my father in law. The phamacist cought the mistake made by the doctor and got it corrected. It was worth the wait, and he could not have been nicer (and the place was crowded). So I don't mind any wait time when I go in, they saved my father in laws life!! (PS it was RiteAid)
OMW!!! This is so funny! I work in customer service and it is so surprising how many people expect a total stranger to risk their jobs and liberty for their own convienience. I talk to people like this every week and they always get ticked off. >= ( There are laws in every industry that employees must follow. Giving a customer what they want just because they expect it could land an employee in prison. We don't get paid enough to put up with that.
GREAT job on the dialogue! This is hilarious but unfortunately this is a great example of the stupidity we have to put up with daily in retail. I will definitely do a residency after rotations!
This is the daily life in a Pharmacy! It just takes that one person a day to ruin it. You have to try and laugh or you'll go crazy after 25 years of this job LOL!!!
"I spent 6 years of my life to be a Mcpharmacist." Pfft, yes you did, and this horrific encounter will haunt you till the day you retire. Because all encounters are like this one, and if you're lucky, they actually can get worse. I agree with the support group started for pharmacists though...that would be very fun!
I wanted to go to pharmacy school before I started working as a tech in a retail pharmacy. F that! I got out of there as soon as I could. This is so accurate its scary.
I couldn't have put it better myself. It's sad that I have to tell myself that there are other jobs where people put up with a lot more abuse to get through some of my shifts as a community Rxcist in Canada. I came to that realisation after watching All Fired Up. Too bad the general population doesn't know what really goes on in a pharmacy.
im a tech in AZ in the winter it gets crazy with the snowbirds..when we tell em an hour "why does it take so long to to put some pills in a bottle? at home it only takes 15 minutes" ...well when you and the other half a million people in line that flocked in overnight go home in spring it will take 15 minutes here too...
Oh the joys of working in a pharmacy. This woman cussed at me in the drive-thru one day because the person working before me didnt file their medicaid properly. SITTING IN HER CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU she tells me she doesnt have the card, no her daughter's SS #. Another 5 minutes, still sitting in the card, and she miraculously has the card. People PISS ME OFF! They'll pull up for their food, but refuse to wait for something for their health. Ugh.
To whoever made this video. You are a genius! This really depicts the perfect picture of a medicaid patient whose a fat, smelly, overeating mouth breather who thinks they are more important than everyone else. What makes it even worse is that 99 percent of people dont give a crap about what they are taking. I know I sound way too angry about this haha but I felt somewhat cathartic when I saw this video.
My mom is pharmacist and says she has had this happen to her! She also said that when she worked at a drive-up pharmacy little kids use to come up to the window and ask for fries!
thats my pharmacy on a daily basis lmao. They can wait in line in the restaurant but cant wait for their meds that are covered lmao this is brilliant. This pharmacy life folks when dealing with the public. My favourite is do u know where i can find make up and nail polish remover is? Do i look like i studied my brain to know where your cosmetics are in the store. lol too true it kills me.
I'm not a pharmacist or a tech, just a customer who goes to get prescriptions a lot with common sense.... and III am so sick of hearing shit like this, I feel so sorry for the workers. This is hilarious. People are morons.
The accuracy levels of this are in the stratosphere
as a pharmacy tech i can confirm this occurs on a daily basis xD
Same and on everything this is too true
omg this is exactly what we go through as pharmacist and pharmacist techs!

"A doctor would not write a prescription unless it was medically necessary!" LOL!
I feel like this was an animated version of my day yesterday! This is hilarious. Thank you.
I can't even imagine what pharmacists and techs go through.. bless your hearts!!
Common sense is lost with so many people!!!
having been a pharmacy tech.. this is Everyday all day!!! People have no idea how true this is!
They wouldn't care
"please do not piss in my face and tell me it's raining." IF ONLY we could actually say stuff like that to customers!
4 years later and this video is still so relevant to my life at a retail chain pharmacy.
#waglife
Thank you to whoever made this! I see this kind of crap at work everyday. I'm a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreen's in a wealthy town, and they are the worst people to deal with! Thanks again for the laugh!
Just listening to this makes my blood pressure go up. You hit the nail right on the head. Good job my fellow pharmacist!!
LOVED it!
omg i work in a pharmacy this is exactly how people are i freaking hate them all.
Should've chose to study something else then, dipshit. White people these days... Lmao
Chance that Tony is white: 99.9%
Same
You got to do more of these...this is what I put up with for 25 years in retail pharmacy..way to go!!!
This video seems to be the only thing that is helping to ease my 3 week vacation withdrawal symptoms that I will experience as I return to work tomorrow for the first day in 3 weeks, after laying on the beach & jet-skiing in the Dominican Republic. Oh-my-gosh!!!!! I have tears coming from my eyes--this is unbelievably classic!!!!!!!!!!
"Is it done yet?"
What a jaw drop I just had... XD
Oh my God this is fantastic. About as spot on to every day in my life when I get to work.
My mom is a pharmacist and she showed this to me a few years ago and its still just as accurate.
The absurdity of reality illustrated with truth. Priceless. Thanks for putting this together.
Oh man, I'm just a Pharmacy clerk and even I have to hear this all day every day!
Love, love, love this. I wish we could play these vids on monitors in the pharmacy waiting area at ALL retail pharmacies. Great work.
Whoever made this is a genius...So very true...Dealing with morons everyday is commonplace...Everyone who comes through my drive-in thinks of our pharmacy like McDonalds.
This is so damn funny, and yet so very accurate...I especially like the part about the medicaid card being out in the Escalade...My life on a daily basis...The worse, rudest, and generally "pain in the ass" customers are the ones getting all their shit for free.
i love all these pharmacy related videos and everyone who has made one. i started making my own to vent out my frustrations with the general public!
You are the man. This is the best thing I have seen, I have shared it with everyone, I love this video.
This was my life, every single day this was my life... And people don't understand why I won't re-certify now that I've moved to another country.
+Melissa Einhorn Amen, I let my certification drop as well. Pharmacy is a horrific mix of responsibility and stupidity, and I was only a tech.
Lol!

This should be shown on the National News to show what we go thru everyday
The sad part? I didn't even WORK back in the pharmacy back when I used to work at a drug store, yet I still know this feeling all too well. I also love the awkward silence while the one runs out to get their card.
Customer: I want the medicine that tastes like purple and looks like grape
This is every single day of retail pharmacy. I also love how both me and my friend immediately knew they were talking about Latisse
3 years later; haven’t been a pharmacy tech since Oct 2015 but I remember this like it was yesterday
HYSTERICAL. That is my work life. You hit it dead on!
My response to a rude and impatient customer: "I have two speeds, sloppy and accurate. Which would you like me to use?"
Love it
Sounds like Walgreen's recording.
I have never laughed so hard and been so pissed off all at the same time, really funny and unfortunately accurate.
I work for CVS and I've had my fair share of this...My pharmacist showed me this and I couldn't stop laughing!!!
I'm a pharmacy technician. I really enjoy my job, but there are a lot of people who are just like that. Hehehe. Just gotta brush it off. This is a cute video.
You obviously have the right temperament for the job.
I worked as a pharmacy tech, worst job I have ever had in my young adult life.
Lots of turnover in the field.
"Don't piss in my face and tell me it's raining." Golden. He's RUDE??!?! This looks like a promising career. I think I'll apply. Is the money really good?
The sad thing is, this is EXTREMELY accurate and only exaggerated a little. I'm going to be cracking up at work today
I'm a pharmacist and I've shown this video to friends and relatives and tell them that we deal with this EXACT type of interaction on literally a daily basis, usually multiple times a day. If only more people knew what we have to go through, then maybe people wouldn't turn into complete assholes the minute they walk into a pharmacy.
lol at the end you end up growing a backbone. :) and it makes you more patient and considerate to others.
It's sad/scary/hilarious how accurate this is. I've never worked a day in my pharmacy where I didn't experience this. Thank you for making it. I wish I could show everybody I know.
I work in a pharmacy and I nearly hyperventilated while watching this video...it's frightening how accurate the video really is!
(PS it was RiteAid)
this was a great video. so true to the everyday grind in a pharmacy and what we have to put up with.
OMW!!! This is so funny! I work in customer service and it is so surprising how many people expect a total stranger to risk their jobs and liberty for their own convienience. McPharmacist here, and yes, this is EXACTLY what it is like! Techs are amazing to put up with this crap for what they get paid.
OMG!!!! this is soo true !!! i go through this on a daily basis!!! hilarious!! great job!!
This is one of the greatest videos ever!!!
This is everyday at work. To the "T"..
+Kelsey Kobos Thank you for your great work from a grateful pharmacy patient. :)
"I spent 6 years of my life to be a Mcpharmacist." Pfft, yes you did, and this horrific encounter will haunt you till the day you retire. Because all encounters are like this one, and if you're lucky, they actually can get worse.
I agree with the support group started for pharmacists though...that would be very fun!
as a pharm tech, i can assure everyone, that this movie is 100% accurately representing the average customer
I wanted to go to pharmacy school before I started working as a tech in a retail pharmacy. F that! I got out of there as soon as I could. This is so accurate its scary.
After 200k in student loans and 4 years of lost income. At my current salary......with no raises ever again. It would take me 18 years to break even.
Every single day is a McPharmacy day at my pharmacy. lol
I couldn't have put it better myself. It's sad that I have to tell myself that there are other jobs where people put up with a lot more abuse to get through some of my shifts as a community Rxcist in Canada. I came to that realisation after watching All Fired Up. Too bad the general population doesn't know what really goes on in a pharmacy.
haha im a pharmacy tech and in school to be a pharmacist, this video is soooo on point. Got a nice laugh!! :D
This was earlier today, verbatim. And the day before that and the day before that...
Lol.... Outstanding!
This was beyond hilarious! No exaggeration at all! This actually happens!
BAHAHAHAHAAHHAAHAHA!!! This should play on loop in ALL Pharmacies...and then say "Are YOU this Person?"
So true!!!!this happened last week...I got no sympathy for ppl that think about themselves instead of others
I'm studying right now to be a pharmacist....6 years...so I can do this. I need a drink.
This is what i go through everyday! I'm glad I'm not the only one.
im a tech in AZ in the winter it gets crazy with the snowbirds..when we tell em an hour "why does it take so long to to put some pills in a bottle? at home it only takes 15 minutes" ...well when you and the other half a million people in line that flocked in overnight go home in spring it will take 15 minutes here too...

This is so spot on!
my dad is always talking about stupid people like this... poor pharmacist
My mom is pharmacist and says she has had this happen to her!
She also said that when she worked at a drive-up pharmacy little kids use to come up to the window and ask for fries!
Wow yeah I don't really miss this from when I was a pharmacy technician.
This was the best one so far! Wow it seemed so real
This makes me cry because it''s so real.
thats my pharmacy on a daily basis lmao. They can wait in line in the restaurant but cant wait for their meds that are covered lmao this is brilliant. This pharmacy life folks when dealing with the public. My favourite is do u know where i can find make up and nail polish remover is? This video it the talk of our pharmacy! We all absolutely love it! It is so true its scary..
Seriously, I've had this conversation so many times with customers.
"They should have thought of that before I came here."......classic
I can't believe how accurate EVERYTHING this video shows is true. The customers are really this bad , it's a shame.
I'm not a pharmacist or a tech, just a customer who goes to get prescriptions a lot with common sense.... and III am so sick of hearing shit like this, I feel so sorry for the workers. This is hilarious. People are morons.
this is just hilarious! i cant believe we go through this everyday!!!!! this is exactly how it is in the pharmacy!!!!
I work as a Pharmacy tech. Couldn't be more accurate.
I love this video. I watched it at least 1t qid today!! How do I make a movie like this...
Lol "I pay one dollar for everything"... "I have Medicaid"... "Yes that is my escalade truck"
This is so accurate for city pharmacies. I laughed my ass off.
