Because Alex was supposed to testify today, but Pattis decided not to call him and sent him home to Texas so suddenly, they had nothing to present today. They adjourned to try to regroup a couple of times and to agree on what to tell the jury about why there'd be no evidence presented today. So yeah, a lot of wall time.

It is interesting to observe the moral values portrayed here. That there are people willing to promote untrue, inaccurate information and use their views to mobilize violence against victims and people protecting society is shocking. That these individuals are unable to reflect on their actions and behave in reasonable ways is saddening. These individuals motivated by money and willing to persecute other members of our society. It is a shame to watch this daily on UA-cam knowing they intend to continue with this behaviour for the almighty dollar.
On another level it is so sad to see what disrespectful behavior is being used against the legal system. The disrespect for the judge. The judge truly appears to be a sort of Saint. She is enduring terrible things. The accused attacks her publicly. I have an extremely high level of respect for the judge here. Her wisdom, knowledge of the law, ability to deal with the atrocities which are being applied.

The plaintiffs' counsel are arguing on the plaintiffs' behalf and to the plaintiffs' benefit. Nothing weird or wrong with that. Now, Alex has already been sanctioned for remarks made about one of the attorneys (he offered a million dollars for Mattei's head on a pike. Which, if I were Mattei, would make me hyper vigilante whenever Alex mentioned me again) and he's been found liable for what he's said about the families so maybe he should just not talk about them. I think it is serious that he didn't testify Friday, yet held a press conference outside the court. Now, Pattis said that it was his choice to not call Alex. Maybe Alex really wanted to talk. But I still think it's unwise. Bad optics. And his own attorney seemingly wasn't aware it was happening.

You know Alex is wrong when he says you have to say someone's name to defame them, that's just simply not true. If I were to say the primary host at the Infowars network is a cho-mo. That's actionable defamation, because it's obvious who I'm talking about
When Alex claimed the entire shooting was a staged event, he was indirectly claiming that the parents and family and first responders were lying actors......
      Make sense? Any questions,m
