OR that no one on defense can claim they are innocent, mention the 1st amendment, OR submit their own exhibits of evidence... Has 1 objection from defense been sustained? Problem with that is the court order was to turn over thing that there is no way to disprove the existence of, so the judge just said well since I don't know if there is anything you haven't turned over I'm just going to assume you didn't.
Do you know what exactly he didn't comply with? I could only find a few examples of very minor things that I wouldn't imagine could have ever lead to a default judgement.

Problem with that is the court order was to turn over thing that there is no way to disprove the existence of, so the judge just said well since I don't know if there is anything you haven't turned over I'm just going to assume you didn't.
Do you know what exactly he didn't comply with? I could only find a few examples of very minor things that I wouldn't imagine could have ever lead to a default judgement.
