      The witness has to answer within the scope of the question. A direction question that is a closed ended question is a yes, no or i don't know answer. That's it. They can't ramble on about it. That is a different type of question. If someone asked you if you went to the store 2 weeks ago, that is a closed ended question. If the defense wants to revisit the question with the witness to allow a more broad answer, they can do that. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't. It depends on their strategy and the case. Alex Jones has delayed his return to the Sandy Hook trial witness box until next week following his rant at reporters outside a Connecticut courthouse. His own defence attorneys waived their right to cross-examine him, and he is now expected to return as a witness next Wednesday after a judge decided against punishing him for the stunt. During the press conference, Jones said that the jurors in the case should do their own research, something which is absolutely not permitted in the trial.

      Right. Additionally, some families deserve more compensation. Look for similarly outstanding damages in the Pozner case (in the $100-150 mil range)

    Yet again, two different world views. When does anyone, lose the right to defend themselves in court? Both trials went to default, when has that ever happened? The judge is forbidding him from discussing his legitimate reasons, why?

    • @Gisiebob
      @Gisiebob 2 роки тому +2

      well, if you don't comply with discovery in similar ways then different judges could find similar reasons to use summary judgement. I don't know if there was any communication between the legal teams or judges in the different cases, that might be something you might find interesting or informative too look up.
      and when you get summary judgement, as I understand it, you have lost the case and the jury's only job left is to determine how much is owed and at that point trying to tell the jury that you are innocent does not make sense.

    • @GJameso
      @GJameso 2 роки тому +2

      @@Gisiebob You're pretty close. In response to the failure to participate in discovery, the judge found Jones in default. Technically, the judge could have, as part of the default, ordered a finding for the judgment pleaded by the plaintiff. But leaving it up to the jury, the judge is showing some level of kindness to Jones.

      on Victoria leigh Soto's obituary it says She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Janice Biebel Fagan But why it doesn't mention Janice's older brother Frederick Kiefer biebel Junior.
      Janice Biebel Fagan is the mother of Donna leigh (Fagan) Soto
      Janice Biebel Fagan from bridgeport Connecticut died on December 22nd 1998 at the age of 63 and her older brother Frederick kiefer biebel Junior from bridgeport connecticut died on October 27th 2009 at the age of 83
      now the obituary should also say that Victoria leigh Soto is predeceased by her great-uncle Frederick kiefer biebel Jr but it doesn't say that because Frederick kiefer BieBel Jr is a Politician in the federal government and state government in the United States Corporation
      Frederick kiefer BieBel Jr also a Freemason going to the Masonic Lodge in Stratford Connecticut and he's also the owner of Biebel oil company that his grandfather David Biebel started

      Fun fact The Alex Jones Court trials are Fake
      Alex Jones is part of this he knows his part he's told to make it look real so that people like myself won't question the fakeness of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting drill done by Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management agency okay Alex Jones is nothing more than an Controlled Opposition , Shill , GateKeeper, Askenazi Zionist puppet.
      Nothing more than political theater, all/some of the things that Controlled opposition , Shill , GateKeeper , Zionist puppet Alex Jones said on the witness stand in the staged court trial would have been followed with an ’objection’ by the prosecutor.
      Kangaroo court with intentionally scripted biased judges in both trials. Just more judicial theater for the sheeple.
      Alex Jones was placed into the truth movement to make the people within that truth movement look crazy
      So that the people in America and around the world we'll basically look at these people as crazy people and lunatics so now the people in the truth movement will no longer be taken seriously anymore .
      everybody within that truth movement will look like a giant joke and they will be laughed at.
