    Always nice to have videos to get people started. Dragging top left or top right adjusts the fade in, fade out, not the volume. Important to note that a track has to be armed to record to it and there is the button that allows you to hear what you are recording. Also most people will want to use a microphone as opposed to the iPad mic.

      We have a video on drum patterns, and a most recent one where I create a pop song. To modify velocity you double tap on any midi region to bring up the editor and then you tap on the bottom to modify velocity. I highly recommend going through all our cubasis 3 tutorial videos :)

    Hey is there anyway you can explode the pitches of the midi part...say if you want to seperate a drum kit on one track you recorded to individual tracks ie snare on track 1 , kick on track 2 , hi hat on track 3 etc...

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  4 роки тому

      You can create your own instruments in the mini sampler. Once you've created your midi pattern you can change the pitch/key at anytime by selecting the midi region you want to change and then clicking on then tapping the transpose button in the top right hand corner.

Again make sure to watch all our Cubasis 3 videos as by the end of those you will know the basics of recording and mixing. I see that GB has all the loops and libraries and original instruments and 3rd party FX. But Cubasis 3 has great DAW front page access, can I use GB and Cubasis together during the composition or do I have to wait to transfer the GB mix into a Cubasis 3 track to do the master ? And to think I started out on Logic X on an iMac 🖥 !

    • @MobileMusicPro

    So I’m debating whether i should buy cubasis 3 which is newer but has many reported bugs, or the kinda out dated, but stable Cubasis 2.
    I would love to see if you can answer me some questions regarding this particular software.
    1) Can you create marker tracks, in order to identify sections of a single song and make it easy to navigate?
    2) Can you cross fade in either cubasis?
    3) Can you connect an interface to cubasis and record audio line-in instruments such as piano, bass and guitars to it, without the need of having to pick a random amp (like ios Garageband forces you to use)?
    4) How easy can you export a finished audio track?
    I would greatly appreciate the answer to these questions.

      1. Sort of, you can change the color of any individual audio region and create as many tracks as you want

      MobileMusicPro hey, thanks for the prompt reply. Regarding the answer to the first question.
      What I understood is that you recommend me use a specific color per section of a song, that way I can identify it. Is that right?
      At this point, do you recommend me getting Cubasis 2 or Cubasis 3?
      Think you can make a video with little tutorial of some audio techniques like the use of automation, cross fades, and the diminuendo of tempo in the entire project? That is, if its not too much to ask.
