This is a series that shows how to install a Tomar TD23-3 Disk Clutch and an RLV F5 Exhaust + Manifold.
    The chassis is a 2003 Birel R30 with a 2-disk & 3-hole can Yamaha KT100.
(I had to cut it into parts because it was too long as 1 video)

ive heard you need to change the sparkplug aswell when going from can to pipe? just curious if you did that. also how did you measure your flex length. face of piston to first cone on the exhaust is what ive been told?

yes, i changed my sparkplug from an Autolite AR51 to a NGK BPR6ES, which is hotter. This is what my local kart shop recommended. I also richened my mixture on my high and low screws (1 3/4 on low, 1/2 on high, almost maxed out). For the flex, I clamped the pipe to holder, then measured from the inside of the pipe, to the inside of the header. I haven't found much on this topic, so I decided to try my own way. My current flex lengths are 5.375 and 3.875 (when measured from inside of pipe to inside header). I've yet to try different lengths on the track (I've only tried 3.875 so far at Adam's Motorsports Park) because the weather has been extremely hot where I live. Anyway, I hope this helps, and feel free to share what you know about going from a can to exhaust as there isn't too much info out there on the forums (at least, how to do it). Thank you! :D

it's called a catch can, or an overflow tank. here's the one I use on my kart -

Очень круто выглядит и работает. Где можно купить такое сцепление?
