I am coming from a 2005 GSXR Hayabusa will I be disappointed with this bike I want a more upright position now the Hayabusa to aggressive ride. position for me.
I have a Streetfighrer V2 with a stage 1 tune and slip on. We just picked up a new speed triple as well. The apeed triple even stock feels so much punchier snd faster than my tuned V2. The dyno charts would suggest it spuldnt be mucj different but seat of the pants, i was super impressed eith the speed triple. Now i need to go to the streetfighter V4. Lol
Iv been waiting for this review for a while. I’m in the market for this bike and hopefully should get a deal done in the next month. Jumping from a 660 to a 1200 should be interesting. Thanks again for the review ❤
Would have been good to see a second run stock. Timing them on a stopwatch, the before and after seem to be within a few tenths of each other. The stock 60-130 also started at 57mph, whereas the flashed 60-130 started at about 40, so was accelerating hard by the time it hit 60. Either way, awesome video and the power gains are undeniable!
@@rogerbarfell9075 I'm not sure yet. I have to have a recall done and my 1 year service light has come on. So if I do flash it, I'm going to get that cleared first. I'd like the extra power and mph, but I really don't run that hard very often. I'm still thinking about it.
@@rogerbarfell9075 Two recalls actually. First are some type of heat shields for the radiator to keep the rider from being burnt. Second is a shifter detent spring. I'm not sure exactly where that belongs, but I'm pretty sure it's internal. A detent is like a notch or hole to keep a movable part in a set position.
hi, do you have any issued with 1 gear not running smooth at low speed? I just got brand new 2023 speed triple 1200 rs, at low speed, low rpm the bike not running smooth. I plan to get flash from BT moto after break it in.
just got my speed triple rr a few week ago. Once my exhaust arrives im gonna order this tuning option. I'm curious how the gains will be with the cat removed and 93 octane?
@EpiceverythingProductions I actually i did. I can't confirm any numbers as I haven't put the bike on the dyno but it definitely feels woken up. Low RPM maneuvering feels smoother. Idk if they did something with the quick shifter but that seems to feel better also. If you're removing your cat I definitely recommend.
I reicently re tuned my 23 Tiger 1200 GT with Tune ECU & holey crap its a totally different bike. That particular bike is pretty restrictrd even in sport mode. That was just adjusting the ETV tables, AFR ratios & nothing else
That bike needs Diablo super sports, or Bridgestones, but not those dangerous metzlers they come with out of the factory. That bike needs major suspension upgrades and mechanical upgrades to even be safe. This is a bike triumph through together quickly to answer Ducati and aprilia and they ended up with a lemon.
Metzeler ractec K3 good tyre if it's dry. Suspension?. The rebound is under damped and pogo you out of the seat, slow your rear rebound. Forks and shock have a top out spring. If you don't get wheels off the floor and stretch the suspension to get a true measurement you could be setting rider sag at 40mm but your really 50mm and in the stiff part of the travel or close to the air gap in the forks.
That thing made crazy horsepower for a non-supersport. Good Lord...170 WHP and 91.5 ft⋅lb of torque with California fuel and stock air filter. That's factory runt Hayabusa power, ha-ha.
How is the power down low that's my main concern a lot of reviewers said that the power down low is weak now I'm talking about stock. And then tell me after you flashed it was their a difference. Now I am coming from a Hayabusa
Troy keeps it real. My middle aged self is now seriously considering one. Looks like the perfect bike to blast an entire Sunday on. Thanks, BT Moto! 👍
It's a beast with the flash! I can attest. 😈
Can i flash it totally stock without a exhaust and still make good gains.
Nice. I just bought a 2023 RS. After break in and 1st service, I'm going to get this tune.

awesome review, after seeing this and Cuban Riders review ill be going this route as soon as I do airfilter, slipon and exup removal with midpipe.

That Triumph has as much torque as the new Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory that’s crazy🤯
83cc larger engine, and a three cylinder. Makes sense.
@@exothermal.sprocket not really you would think more cylinders more power?
@@Backyard_Racing Nothing internal combustion is that simple.
@@exothermal.sprocket maybe not but it is a little common sense
@@Backyard_Racing So, what say you? more cylinder equal more power? How big are we talking, between less cylinder engine and more cylinder engine?
Do you maintain closed loop tuning with this flash? Also is this flex fuel capable?
Will the flash give it more power and less restrictions in all the modes?
Yes. All the modes reference the same tuning map. The modes only delay and alter throttle inputs.
@@RadDadisRad Thanks. I was hoping that was the case.
P.S. I'm the guy who emailed with you this morning.

I thought Sport mode was the most exciting in stock form!
I’d be curious what that bike would pull like with my full titanium exhaust, k&n filter. I’ve got the Bren tune waiting to get installed.
👍👏

i just bought a ‘24 yesterday. can you point me in the direction of where i can locate these tunes, mods, etc?
Great video. Thanks! What is that aftermarket muff?
Just out of interest... How comes between 60mph & 90mph on the 60-130 graphs the flashed bike is slightly slower that the stock bike?

I can’t even see myself going over 100 this bike is perfect

Is it street legal for Germany?
(Just asking, won’t change my opinion though😂)
What do u guys charge to flash this bike?I am not too far away got it from Triumph of San Diego

What other trim models? The RR and RS have exactly the same performance figures ignoring the better aerodynamics.
RS is a REAL Speed Triple.
Have any issues with nuts loosening & falling off?
Not us but have heard from techs that it’s good to retorque some case bolts periodically on triumph

Is it easy to flash a stock Speed Triple?
Yes, very easy

Does the bike go out of warranty if we do the flash?
Yes they all do unless you reflash them to stock
