A turnoff for me is a man who doesn’t have his own place to live. He over 50 and still living at home with his mother and sister. A momma’s boy.

Yep for me over 30 living at home is crazy.
But y’all make mommas boys and then complain about them. Fathers be the first that want their sons gone and here comes momma with the “not my baby” mentality. Even when it’s discipline time again her comes women babying their sons. Imagine not liking what women created hahaha. Women need to tell women stop babying their sons and a lot wouldn’t grow up with that mind frame it’s no different than a spoiled child. But we get it women don’t want to be accountable/responsible for that just complain about it, like everything else. It’s literally comical that women always complaining about mommy boys when they the ones that made them! 🤷🏾♂️😂
There are some exceptions. My 32-year-old son has moved in with me for at least a year, because my husband passed in August. He sold his home to do this. I didn’t ask him. A circumstance like that would touch my heart. But this is a three-level home and he definitely has his own space.
You need someone that you can sit in comfortable silence with.

My biggest turnoff is mixed signals, lying, lack of communication.
I heard years ago that one of the best times to communicate with your mate is when you both make up the bed. So simple. Really doing anything together builds the bond. Say your mate is cooking. You may not help with the actual cooking but if you hang around and start a conversation, it strengthens your bond. Honestly, it's the little things that strengthen a relationship.

I really enjoyed this! ❤ I love when you just sit and talk. What is a turn off to me is lack of communication. I don’t like someone that prefers texting as their main form of communication. I prefer to hear my man’s voice (if I had one 🤣). A man being on his phone when we are eating. Someone that is not affectionate. Also, a man that discuss our relationship outside of our relationship, or someone that will start fussing in public. If there is a issue with each other, we should not address each other in a public setting, and last someone who curse a lot and use a lot of profanity.

I have zero problem paying for dinner, however, I know full well some women will agree to the date not because they're interested but because it's a free meal, a cure for boredom or lack of attention. That's why I prefer something else for a first date instead of wining and dining, something physical like mini golf or to see a show

Good communicator really, really helps. A thoughtful person. I like my guy to be a bit smarter than myself, I love to learn new things and bounce my thinking ideas off that person to see what they come up with something I may haven't thought of. We don't always have to be on the same page or in agreement with one another. I like to see what that person comes up with utilizing their own God given skills. I dislike a person who is always in agreement with me. I want to see what they bring to the table. I could be dead wrong and if that person is always in agreement with you, they really can't think for themselves and that gets boring to me.
This is good talk for people who will have this portion in their lives.
Turn on is a loving, caring and respectful man. Now, a turn off is a controlling and disrespectful man. Both line; Be up front and never start off with a lie. My ideal type of a man is Mr. Ricky Smiley type and that's 100%!
