    It's great that you have the right intention of this purchase - getting the bag, not the metal patch. So you were rewarded with the metal patch. This tells us that we should live our life with the right intention, anything given extra is a bonus. Great content, appreciate the review and hope to see more in the future. Happy New Year!

      Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video. Thank you for the kind words as well...I'm not much of a patch guy, so very happy to have the bag and I really don't much like the devil patch anyway. So maybe I'll sell the patch to help fund my bag addiction :) For now this bag is my EDC and I'm loving it!

      Thanks for checking in. Long story short is I sold the Ultra 3.0 Kaidan bag. Overall both Bullet's are fantastic. I am still rocking my ripstop nylon as my daily carry and love it! The biggest factor for me is that I like the ripstop's softer feel and more flexibility over the Kaidan Ultra fabric. Getting in and out of some of the stash pockets and front pocket was a bit more difficult and I didn't love it! On the flip side I have a good friend who loves his doesn't like that Ripstop shows wear much easier and I agree the Ripstop in black especially show scuffs and scratches very easily...that doesn't bother me so that's what I'm sticking with! Happy to answer any other questions if you have something specific. Also, that blaze orange is such an awesome interior color...I almost wish GoRuck would make custom bags...I have ideas :)

    Great video and I figured it would be an awesome bag....but because I wanted to stay married, I passed. My biggest issue with backpack videos is that we never know what size the reviewer is. I am 6'5 and weigh 300 lbs, so I can never get a good mental picture of what that bag would look like on my frame.
    I also noticed that you have packed that bag to almost bursting. I prefer to have my GR2 36L lay flatter, even if it is wider. Just personal preference. Keep up the great content, you have earned a new subscriber!

      Thanks for checking out my video and I really appreciate the subscription as well. So size wise, I'm 5"10, 230 lbs to help with perspective. I do have the bag packed out pretty well...my challenge is I really like when a bag can stand on it's own and sometimes that means I take my Bellroy tech kit, place it on the bottom of the main compartment and turn it flat to give the bag a bit more stability. That can unfortunately make the bag bulge a bit...I'm good with the trade off however especially with the Bullet since it's not super wide on my back..so the slim-ness of the bag itself lends itself to not looking as bulky. I laughed at the stay married comment...I really had to think about this purchase...I believe this is the most I have ever spent on a bag. I think I"ll get a few bucks back by selling the patches which I don't care for at all, so that sort of saved me a bit :)

    Totally agree about the CTB26 being an amazing bag that's just too big for daily carry. I pray for a CTB20-22 to be made some day.

      Thanks for watching the video and that would be awesome to see as well...I am also still in love with the new CHZ26 fabric though....I wish they would standardize on that.

    What’s the weight of the ultra blaze version? And how does that compare with the nylon one?

    • @Bowmanthebagguy
      @Bowmanthebagguy  6 місяців тому

      Thanks for checking out the video. So w/out weighing them the Kaidan/Carryology definitely feels lighter. However after weighting them each empty the Ripstop nylon is just a bit lighter. I emptied them both and placed them in a bin and weighed them using a kitchen countertop scale and this is what they came in as. I still feel like the Kaidan carry's lighter, I know that doesn't make a lot of sense maybe it disperses it better, not sure.
      Kaidan: 3.13 LBS
      Ripstop: 2.158 LBS

    Curious, you mentioned that you had a med kit in your bullet, is there a particular brand of med kit you carry?

    • @Bowmanthebagguy
      @Bowmanthebagguy  5 місяців тому

      Thanks for stopping by and checking out my video. Yes...I carry an older model MyMedic Solo...they don't make it anymore but you an pick them up on Ebay. They replaced it with the MyMedic Sidekick: mymedic.com/products/sidekick-ifak-pouch...I personally liked the mesh on the Solo outside for a few quick grab items such as a pack of advil or bandaid. But either way I always recommend starting with some sort of kit and then customize to what you need and take out anything that doesn't fly with TSA!

    Can we get a follow up video ahead of the huckberry release?

    • @Bowmanthebagguy
      @Bowmanthebagguy  6 місяців тому +1

      Thnaks for checking out the video...I believe Huckberry is scheduled for some time mid-month so I won't be able to get a video out before they drop it. That said I am super happy overall with the bag. So far the only negatives that I can point out is the fabric is a bit slippery so I have noticed if I'm carrying it on just one arm some times the strap can slip off my shoulder. The other item is that it does show wear and marks pretty easily. I have some white scuff marks on front and at first try to wipe them off they are still on the front and not coming off. I wish I could add pictures to my comments. If you want I can send some pics to you, just let me know.

    How is the size compared to EG CHZ22 or TBB conceal 21l?

    • @Bowmanthebagguy
      @Bowmanthebagguy  5 місяців тому

      Thanks for stopping by and checking out my video! I would say I can fit more in the Bullet than the CHZ22 however it's super close. I think the GoRuck wins the fact that you can really pack out both full zip compartments and use the laptop compartment as well. The CHZ if you are going to be carrying a laptop you need to use the main compartment. It's super close either way from what I have packed with both of them. As for the TBB conceal...I've not used or had any hands on so unfortunately I cannot speak on that one.

    Where can I buy??

      @Bowmanthebagguy  19 днів тому

      Thanks for checking out the video! I sold mine quite some time ago on eBay. I would recommend either eBay, Poshmark or Mercari...you may be able to find some sold at this point either lightly used or possibly new if someone bought and extra to sell.
