If I use the camera continuously, I can maybe get two hours out of the battery. The built quality is all right for a point and shoot camera.

-Battery life isn't so good
-Doesn't auto focus during taking video
-It takes about three steps to delete a picture
Other then that,I find it good for a Point and Shoot Camera

Have you tried using it with a underwater housing(any brands) for scuba diving photograghy?

If you are buying this camera mainly for video, you should just buy a camcorder. Camcorders generally give you a better video quality over point and shoot cameras. Personally if I was going to use a camera for video, I would want it to have manual focusing so I could customize each of my video shots (like a DSLR).
