great! I saw a lot of flip top miter station, but this is much more simple, easy and precise.

Perfect timing on this! I'm nearing the end of making new cabinets for my basement shop and have been trying to decide how I want to hand a flip top style for my small Next Wave CNC. I may just modify this design. Thanks!

Everyone uses Baltic Birch on their shop builds. Is this required? Or can I use more affordable/accessible materials?

    • @JARMade

You can definitely use more affordable plywood. Sometimes it's easier to work with plywood that won't warp or bend. Usually that's Baltic birch

dont knock pocket holes. About every woodworker I see on UA-cam uses them. Every piece of furniture made in the last century uses them. Just use glue which is the real strength anyways, And pocket holes are the clamps.

Not knocking pocket holes lol but they are the best at cabinet construction
