I’m 14 and Im 130 pounds. I used to be 150 but I hit the gym and used my jumprope. I recently discovered this video and channel a day ago. I’m on day 2 and I completed the whole thing with heavy breaths. Every like is one jumprope bounce. Thanks for helping me gain confidence!

@@user-kw9cm9ps9y I am from India, so I used to have a lot of tea, snacks and all. I avoided all those, plus No Chocolate, No junkies, just home made food with low carbs, and drank a LOT OF WATER. It's said that you have to drink @ 1L per 1KG of your body weight to lose weight.
@Damn Son In the beginning, like 5 minutes, and after second month, it was like an hour easily. And it took me like 4 months to achieve the results.

Taken up boxing a year ago and kinda getting better day by day. So far weight loss is 22kg and I'm at the best shape of my life. Abs are visible, built muscle, lost fat and currently I'm at 12% body weight. I still jump rope 3 days a week, 500 jump one session. This channel has shaped my life in a way that I can't even explain. Will come back again after a year to give you folks about the progress.

I was on the heavier side. I literally tried everything to drop the weight. Treadmills, bicycling, rowing etc. Nothing I found enjoyable, because of the static motion. Becoming a father. I wanted to make a change. I stumbled across these guys earlier last year by accident, while learning how to jump rope for a boxing class on youtube. Since I tried out jump rope I lost 4 stones with these guys and feel amazing. On this program, I spend less time in the gym and more time living life. You can do these literally anywhere, so even when I don't go gym I can do this at home. Best purchase I ever made towards exercise (Besides gym membership) Thank you guys. Keep putting out this awesome content.

Nothing compared to jump squat, high jump, low runner and wall sit. But star jump is still tough.

This is by far the best follow along workout I ever did!! I was breathing heavily after the first round!! I decided to give up after round 3 but pushed myself hard and completed it…! I have never been this satisfied in such a short time of working out! You guys are the best ❤️

Oct 2018 I quit smoking November 2018 I picked up jump rope...it has changed my life my look ..not gonna lie took a few months to get techniques right and I hurt almost every day ...but now I can't be without it ..at least 1 1/2 hours 4 times a week
This is my all-time favorite workout. I always go back to this one.
Love this one! I'm new to jumping(got my Get Lean set 2 weeks ago), and was able to complete all 5 sets, although much slower so that I didn't trip up too much. Even with the slower pace on the jumping, I was completely drenched at the end! I really love these 30min follow-alongs...can't wait to try more!
I used to do 5x at a slower pace. Then I heard from some other video about HIIT that you are doing it wrong if you could complete saying a sentence without stuttering after doing a rep. Mahn if you do at that intensity even completing 3x would be a distant dream.
Mistakenly started your routine upstairs and the wife came home while I was engaged in 'star jumps' and she thought the house was collapsing!🤣

At the last round (5th) I did the star jump first , then the high knees....with the butt kicks being the last set all while using the 1lb rope..... 1 month ago, I couldn't do this. I've improved, I'm focused and I simply love this. Thanks JRD and community.

How long did it take you to lose 15 pounds?
I just did this, could survive doing 2 whole sets of them, couldn’t do the third so I took my cycle out and went for a quick lil 20 minute ride instead. This looks so easy but def tests your limits💯 showed me how unfit I really was! Hopefully I’ll stick to this and also be able to up the number of sets as I go!
First of all let me say I'm new to Crossrope star jumps are not my favorite!! 😂😂😂 I heard about you guys about a month ago from another Fitness friend, I watched a few UA-cam videos and went on the crossrope website. And decided that I would buy the bundle packet and I received my ropes yesterday. I was so excited I wanted to do a work out last night, however as tired as I am now I'm glad I didn't try this after working all day. As I'm not new to jump rope I decided to do the whole workout oh, I have to say I did pretty good but I did not do all the star jumps I did walk when the star jump round came, so I was still moving. And just with the half pound rope I can definitely tell the difference between just a regular rope. So now that I made this great investment, I'm here to stay. 🙌👣💪🔥💯

I am here after 1 week doing 10 min jump rope workout for beginner, amazingly I wasn't out of breath doing this 30 mins workouts. I feel like I can do it for an hour.
My band said I burned 432 calories during this workout. I didn't even feel like I am pushing my self to the max, I have to stop many times because my very long hair tangled to the rope and I also alternate the star jumps because I could see my self potentially injured if I do the star jumps 😁 ❤️.
