I’ve been doing this for two weeks and I’m seeing results! Weight loss and resistance are improving ! thank you soooo much Guys!
YES!! Great news. Keep doing the thing!!
did you use a regular jump rope or a weighted one ?
@@mariannaaguilar7538 doesnt matter, just start.

Marianna aguilar C A regular one :)
i’m about to come out of quarantine looking shredded after this
LET'S GO!! Shred town: population... Brooklyn!!!
@@JumpRopeDudes Ayyyyeeeeeeee!! East NY in the houuuse! This was the first JRD workout I've ever done from front to back and my ass is well kicked. I really enjoyed this workout!
How did it come out?
How’d it go??
YASSS GURLLL
IM GONNA DO THE SAMEEEE
DAY 10 : Legs are very tight now, 4 cm loss in belly , tight core, can do first 20 mins easily
What happened now may I ask?
I used to need my inhaler to finish this workout. Now after a few weeks I can do it without it and actually enjoy it! Thank you JRD
Jump Dude: Okay, we're gonna do regular bounce.
Me: Parts of me are still bouncing even when we stop.
lol lol lol
Ah-
same.
I did it! holy crap this dude wasn't lying when he said it's intense
Day 4 of doing this video: I feel like I killed it today! My intensity was better today than the other days! I only have 1 jump rope so when you switch from the 1 lb to 1/2lb i just keep on jumping with my 1lb rope 🔥
Uhhhhhh this one was a killer! Am I the only one who gets more motivated when doing a followalong workout?🤩
Thanks!!
Ur not the only one it was great
I feel like I'm dying but it just my second time.
Me thinking this is gonna be a good workout then realizing I barely know how to jump rope
Taylor Brooks Learn it, do their beginners video’s. You always can do a cardio workout, even when in quarantine.
Don't worry I've learn in 3/4 days
This workout is so good, it helped me to lose weight on the past, now I dont have space to jump rope where I live, so I do it without rope, still works!
Did this today after 2 months of lockdown and procrastination, needless to say I reached the 25 minute mark and fell apart. Will be doing this every 2nd day for the next few weeks, killer workout
I'm from VietNam and your workout is great, I lost about 15 kg in just 2 months omg!!
did you jump everyday ? :)
What did you do?
Love jump rope calisthenic work outs. Started doing my own intense routines, burnt 3,500 calories in 5 days.
A million thanks to the Dudes for getting me into jump rope. Changed my life forever 💪🏼
Amen!
completed in 40 min... in lockdown following your channel had lost almost 4.5 kgs thanks @jumpropedudes
Crossed 100,000 yesterday , began 8/31/1999. Using 1/4 lb crossrope since February. Great rope. Coldest jumping was 10 above. 5x200 minimum 3x a week Age 65. Jumping til the end. Onto 200,000. Do jumps and sprints after basement workout. Can't stop. 3,900 jumping jacks in April.
Yo dudes! Bring on this 30min type workouts, this quarantine i will be in a metamorphosis
Just finished it this morning, little by little I've been improving and today was the first day I was able to follow along completely! Thank you for the energy you put out into the world, it is contagious!! Keep up the great work!
I've been doing this for a couple weeks and am seeing results already. I had my first son at 16, before having him I was 98lbs. After him I was 128lbs. I am 23 now and I had my second child, a little girl a year ago and can't seem to lose ANY weight no matter how healthy I eat or how much I work out or don't eat. I am 4'10 and now weigh 160lbs.. I am willing to try ANYTHING at this point! I don't wanna get to the point of feeling so insecure that I end up considering potentially going under the knife if I don't have to! Thank you for uploading this, as it's been the only thing keeping me on track to workout, feel better about myself and see results easily!!!
You got this!!
Have you seen any progress? I'm in the same boat as you
I have! It was rather slow progress but I have lost 17lbs thankfully. I'm hoping to lose more but we will see how it goes. I've incorporated fasting and we'll maintained diet including cutting out sugar entirely (aside from my one coffee with cream and sugar daily). I would say try it and see how it goes! Keep in mind everyone's body is different and works in different ways. I hope that you get to your goal💜💜
@@samantharivero6400 congratulations!!!!! was your main exercise jump roping or did you incorporate weight lifting?
Thank you! I didn't do any weight lifting, I did everything else in the video consistently and daily. I wouldn't even know where to begin with lifting weights. Lol.

This one was awesome! I was deciding to go for a run or to do the JR and I am happy I've chosen this workout :) It was fun. Thank you!
This was tough but I got through it! Doing the thing from Quebradillas, Puerto Rico!
Way to push through man!💪
Just got through this workout, another great one Brandon! Thanks so much!!
IT HURTS!!! I just keep whipping myself with my rope. My arms have streaks all over them but I'm feeling the workout :D
Getting whipped will happen, keep at it!!

First day doing it and it’s AMAZING!!! I’m so sweaty and happy!! I can’t believe we worked so hard with just jumping rope! Thank you so much for this workout!!!!
Amazing! Way to do the thing!
Absolutely loved doing this workout today!! More follow alongs please 😁😁
been doing jump rope for 2 weeks now bc of this channel and now there is a new update from them, gotta try this now! thankyou ♥️
All right, 30 minute workout with some heavier ropes! Let's do this!
Boom!!
Jump Rope Dudes Hi guys I’m also looking to pick up the ‘Get Lean’ set and then purchase the heavier ropes separately. Do any of you know if the 1lb 2lb rope will fit on the ‘GL’ Handles? That way I can purchase just one handle instead of two? Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Open question for anyone to answer 🙂👍🏽)
Thanks dudes for sharing this amazing workout... and yes at the end you able to reach more than 500 calories! around 560 at least.... and counting! BEAST!!!
Day one: the workout was very tough. Took 4 30 seconds breaks in between the whole workout. I have never felt this kind of pain in my core. Can't wait to do this again tomorrow.
Thanks @JRD
This was a really good workout. I’ll be using this the next four weeks some days for my jump rope challenge. Thanks!!
Is there some way you can add the beeps to this workout? It's hard to tell when to stop and switch exercises
Do what I do. Have a stopwatch from a laptop or tablet by you when jumping. Then after every minute you can adjust your jump.
I’ve been doing this for two weeks!! Plus walking 1 hour,I’m seeing great results !! Thanks!!
AWESOME!! Keep doing the thing!
What a killer of a workout. Loved it!!! I did this before my working day and I loved Brandon's challenge at the start to try and keep up with him. Struggled with the mountain climbers, but otherwise I kept up. Thanks JRD!
Awesome workout! This is just what I was looking for. Excellent
What a great workout I just had 👌🏼 a m getting better at this !
I was feeling the gas then the beat kicked in
Just got my ropes today as a birthday gift. I got the get strong set and can't wait to start doing these work outs.
Thanks for the workout! Keep ´em coming during the quarantine!

This workout kicked my butt in 10 different ways even tho I’ve done it multiple times before. Man is it hard. Wooo🔥
Wow just got done with this work out! Gotta love the Jump Rope Dudes!
I am 10 months postpartum and this workout is pushing me so hard to get back to shape and I love it!
I literally threw up in the middle of this video, but I finished :)
It's perfectly ok to take a quick breather! Pause the workout and restart when you're ready!
Damn!
well done for finishing

I’ve had that happen before coming back to exercising you just threw up all the toxins in your body that were holding you back to better health....Keep pushing!!
In 2 months I already lost 8 kg with the help of JRD and i also do IF. Thank you so much, JRD! I hope to win your jump rope in July 1st . :)
Can't wait to see that transformation!
Still coming back to this workout 2 years later... Always good.
Kicked my butt today! Appreciate the words of motivation during the set too- def helped
This is awesome - I started jumping rope earlier this year after I injured my shoulder and knee so had to stop weights and running. Generally I do 30-45 mins of 5 min rounds plus 30-45 secs rest in between rounds. Adding in high knees, toe taps, various pace, boxer's step etc. but quite randomly. 3-4,000 skips every 2nd day or so.
Started off with 2 x 5 min rounds with 1 min in between and many many stops for tripping and sore calves. Now I'm probably fitter than I've ever been (which, to be honest, isn't saying much)
So far have lost 13kgs while also actually gaining a couple of kgs of muscle (I imagine calves and shoulders).
This was the first time I followed one of yours and I loved it. Couldn't do the kick back and forward one though without tripping so more practice needed, but great workout overall. Want to try some of the harder ones now!
Thanks for working out with us!! Let us know which one you try next!
@@JumpRopeDudes Cheers! Just had a one pound and a half pound (roughly anyways) rope delivered. Seems most of your other workouts utilise a 1/4 lb rope + 1/2 pounds or the 1 lb + 2 lb. Can I substitute these with the ropes I got?
I recently took on a 30 minute jump rope challenge for 30 days straight. It's day 25 and I feels really tough though am not giving up yet
I just came to your workouts this week. I did 600 calorie burn (high knees & Butt kicks) on Monday and today the 500 calorie burn (push-ups & jumping jacks) and I am loving them.
Completed.
Loved it .
Please come up with more like these 💪
Jumping everyday in lockdown. #dothething stay home stay safe 😇

@@fauziacademy great 💯👏💪
I've lost almost 3 kg in 6 weeks just by jump rope everyday!
A friend of mine recommended me this channel. I did this video as my first workout and did it twice in order to burn 500 calories. I realized I sucked at jump roping but I'm super excited to keep working out with you guys and hope one day I can get that good at jump roping.
Got into jumprope a week ago because I have been running all my life and I needed to switch it up. This was the first workout video I tried (probably should have started with a beginner one haha) but it’s week 2 and I am feeling great. My stamina has improved so much from day 1 and I am already seeing weight loss results!
Sweating, winded, challenged! Just the way I want to feel . Thanks JRD
I did this today for the first time after doing the 10min beginner the day before. I love it ❤️
Great job!
Those mountain climbers always kill me 🤣😭
ANYONE WHO HASN’T GOTTEN THE CROSSROPE, GET IT! IT’S A LIFE CHANGER JUST USED MINE FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY AND IT WAS A WHOLE DIFFERENT BALL GAME!! YOU GOT THIS!! DO THE THING!!
The best part of jump rope workouts is that even though they really get you to the edge of your potential they really don't feel like workouts because it's just a fun thing to jump rope.
One of the reasons why I was able to revisit and do cardio for a week straight.
Thanks a lot for that:)))
Awesome workout! Currently I can only do regular bounce, nevertheless feels amazing😀
It's been a month and i've been doing this workout 5 times a week. I don't have a heavy jump rope and i don't know if it makes that big of a difference. I lost some pounds but most importantly i've seen a huge change in my cardio endurance. I can easily do this workout 2 times in a row. It feels fucking amazing!
Awesome news!!
Oh wow!! Second session back and I’m buggered! Appreciate the workout mate!
First time doing this one, and first time incorporating the one pound rope. While it's true that I may have shouted a few expletives during this workout, especially when being told to do more mountainclimbers or push-ups lol, I did everything and I LOVED IT. Another great workout, @jumpropedudes!
Do you have the specific playlist of the songs you played during this workout?
The spotify list is huge!
I recommend the 1 & 2lb jump rope set. It will destroy you but overtime the conditioning you get from it is insane. I train boxing and its made me so much lighter on my feet and has improved my endurance massively. I feel like jumping rope consistently gives you an edge.
I own that set also. Good to see someone else that uses them as most have the Get Lean set.
Awesome workout! Timer is a great add. Keep doing the thing 😁💪
I felt like my heart was about to stop at the end... Absolutely an amazing workout! 💪💪

I tried this workout for now last 3 weeks, i do it 3-4 times a week, and i just love this workout , but since i m new to jump rope i dont do any variations , just regular bounce , but man oh man, i do get 400+ Active calories burn on my appple watch . Which is sweet .
Do the thing.
Greetings from India
Awesome dude!! Keep bringing that intensity!
This workout is amazing!!!! loved it during lockdown!
Great workout! I look forward to more!
Great vid! I’m getting into jump rope, although I’m not coordinated to do all the fancy footwork yet I’m deff motivated. I gotta work on those toe steps (it feels awkward with the rope 😋)
You got this! Just keep practicing!
Yep. It took me about a month until I was coordinated enough to jump for more than 15-20 seconds at a time. You're gonna feel really goofy and you'll probably slam your rope on the ground in frustration like I have many times before you start getting decent. Also, a heavier rope will help with coordination but you'll get tired faster. Something to consider. Good luck on your jumping journey!
I just did this and let me tell u guys....my lungs on the flaming emoji 🥵
I’m new on this thing(jump rope) I stared this week(May,4,2020), today is day 4 and I really appreciate your Chanel is being helping me a lot. I did challenge 2 of my friend and they also subscribe we will be doing this for 2 weeks and see the results I will be back with more news. Just want to thank’ YOU guys so much for all your instruction.
I recommend you to see the results until de second month. Trust me, you will see it.
This is by far my favorite JRD workout
I love this workout! However, I just know how to "regular bounce". I have a hard time doing "boxer shuffles".
Would really appreciate it if you could post a tutorial.
Mustaqim Elhum Mizan they posted one on their channel ;)

yes
I know the struggle. Took me a month to learn boxer skip but once you learn it, you feel like a proper badass. Just wait til you learn crossovers and double unders.
Hey it's been 2 months. You got that boxer step down yet? 😂
First words I hear when I get sent to Hell:
Ok guys, half way done with this workout!
This was my first time doing this workout. I did about 1,976 skips/singles and was dripping sweat before I even finished. I love this channel!
Awesome workout! I've been doing this one in the morning and then again at night.
I'll be leaving my progress in here everyday, my challenge is to able to complete the 30mins without any side effects (throw up, dizzines, etc)
PS: Sorry for my english I'm not a native speaker.
Day 1: 9:30 - Throw up
Day 2: 14:25 - I messed up and throw up again, but at least I reached more minutes, tomorrow I'll try to get in between 10-12 minutes without side effects
Day 3: 32:26 I was able to complete the whole routine! I took rest longer than what the instructor said so I was able to keep it up, also taking big big air breaths where really helpful, I didn't have any side effects other than little little dizzines but that's it! I'm really happy, let's see tomorrow.
Day 4: 32:26 Again I was able to complete the full routine, I must say that the first 20 minutes where so much easier than days before but the last part where much harder, maybe because between day 4 and today I didn't train the weekend to recover. But my final recover after finishing the routine was much faster and much less dizziness. I also went to the nutriologist and got myself a new diet fat free and the objective is to reduce fat the first two weeks then It will change to a muscle grow diet.
Day 5: 32:26 Today was a weird day, I don't know why but it was a lot harder to complete than previous days, maybe I was exhausted or something but I got tired waaay faster, I'm taking a break tomorrow and continue on Thursday to let my body recover. Also I started to do all the pushup with my knees to be able to do 15 reps each time and not burn out in the first set.
Day 6: 32:26 Again I was able to complete the whole excercise by doing knee push up. Push up are my main struggle so I´ll work on that in the future, this is going to be one of my "last day" doing this workout because next monday (Today is friday) I´m starting a calisthenics workout program (Thenx Pro suscription). And in two weeks I'll be rejoining my boxing training after 1 year of not training.
Day 7: 32:26 So today is one of my last before starting calisthenics, Now 'im able to finish this workokut and recover sooo much faster so I'm really glad of the one week progress.
I must say that this workout is amazing to get in shape and gain endurance, if you are coming back to fitness after some time like me or is the first time doing excersise, it´s amazing to start this journey! I would recommend doing this the first week o two so you gain endurance and then start your main training so you first have endurance before jumping into training, then do this workout whenever you want to do cardio!
Thanks a lot JRD.
You shouldn't be throwing up. Always listen to you body and scale back as needed.
