9 Minute Gentle Yoga for Neck and Shoulders

- This is a gentle stretch video for neck and shoulders which I shot in Kenya. This is a great sequence for all levels, but is very basic. If you're expecting to sweat, this is NOT the video for you. Instead, this will aim to gently wake up the body, with particular attention paid to the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Hope you enjoy. As always, move with intention and always back off of anything that is painful.
