@@Omniburg Hey, I was wondering: Would you be willing to touch on legendary games from the 90s like Daggerfall, King's Quest, Monkey Island, or the original Diablo or Baldur's Gate? I ask because you have quite an analytical take not only on the content of games, but also the context and change of the game industry over time - and I'd love to hear a sort of comparative analysis by you on both the industry's changes since, say, the mid 90s, and the changes in design philosophy since then.
DLCs are a predatory business model when it comes to the triple A gaming industry. Placing any blame whatsoever on the buyer is, plain and simple, blaming the victim. It is a systemic problem that needs to be solved systemically. We're never going to get anywhere with claims to personal responsibility.
Paradox being the serial killer works on multiple levels.
Hahahaha

Considering everyone has such a boner for not owning their hands anymore and buying a digital license instead, soon, ALL game content will be DLC
