wow, been watching both of you for a couple of weeks and getting info from both and now I find your podcast together. Well done. Only wish we have PRI trained people in Australia.
Thanks for sharing these - great convo. The oneness of the body is something medicine is only starting to get, we're so far away from that so we treat the parts. Neal's point about all that is bang on. Which is what makes being a strength coach so hard. You can't artificially split the functions of the body up like that. But what drives people to seek coaches? It's our culture that rewards performance, or wanting to look like the pics you see on IG. Then you end up patho. So more PRI techniques, better ways of training and accepting Conor's mantra "weight room training is gait training" is a great start!
After about 8 months I’ve finally seen drastic results by following Neals techniques and recommendations. I started by regaining my ZOA, developing the ability to push off of my right stance, then being able to stay in left stance. Now I’m working on lowing my ribs. Neal has changed my life drastically, and my body hasn’t gone through these kinds of changes since puberty. Thank you Neal and PRI!!!
@@laurentcompagna6166 Those 8 months consisted of performing those techniques enough to be able to incorporate them into my daily life, while sitting, standing, and most importantly walking. I also learned to become intimately familiar with, in particular, the left heel, hamstring, oblique, and adductor as well as right arch, glutes, sub scapular. You will also discover your diaphram and its 3 main parts in the process. I am a year in now and feel better than ever and am still improving daily. Good luck and focus on form!
Jezus What's your problem??? Before starting neal's exercise ....... Is your right hip higher and your right leg longer???? I am suffer from right hip higher and right leg longer...
I’ve been watching both of your guys’ videos religiously for the past year now as in literally one video a day. However, Conor I wonder if you can address your pivot to AIA recently? I feel like PRI and AIA are very similar but just have different names? Thanks again for everything!
I'm really glad I discovered Neal. I guess I'm one of those people with sensory issues because none of the PRI techniques worked for me. I have tried pretty much all of them over the past year and unfortunately, all my symptoms got worse. I got more tense overall, have more pain, mostly in my neck and scull. I think it's very important to consider that while most of the people fit into the left AIC, right BC pattern, not all of them can easily get repatterned with the PRI techniques. After all, muscles are controlled by the brain. And if the brain doesn't allow them to let go, any PRI exercise may be fruitless.
